Not true to the size

The brand does not sell what they claim, I ordered a shoe size that should have fit me but the shoe was pretty much 1-2 size small and when I wrote them an email, I was never heard back from them. It’s a fraud company and I would never do business with them in future.

I regret that I did not come earlier

I regret that I did not come earlier. Such good shoes with top quality leather and a reasonable price. I bought two shoes so far and I’m already picking my next shoes. Customer service was amazing and helpful. Delivery took a while, close to a month, but the shoes feel comfortable and well made.

Top tier leather Quality

I always value quality over anything else, and they never failed to surprise me every time with their top tier Quality, bought 2 shoes so far, and I'm already picking my next shoes, not to mention their amazing customer service, very professional and helpful, Arconya will always be my go to business when I'm looking for high quality genuine leather shoes.

Dissatisfied..

Online I found other prior customers that claim this website resells cheap shoes and sells three times more expensive. I also had a negative experience with this company and it’s unprofessional customer service and cannot say for certain if this claim is true. However, I found their sister brand (Ashour shoes) that people have claimed to be a major scam website on TrustPilot along with other websites. I only realized this too late when I already had purchased a pair of boots from Arconya. I found the shoes to be very much plastic-like (might be leather but not like leather shoes I’ve ever seen or smelt) and too small, but they initially kept denying and claiming “my order is marked as fraudulent”.
I was finally issued a 30% refund since I was not able to mail the shoes all the way to Italy, as I was not provided with a return label. Im still left greatly dissatisfied with the boots and the fact they are a few sizes too small- size is not their issue BUT they did not accept this as a valid reason for a free and complete return apparently. For this reason, I will not be purchasing from them again and I hope they stop reaching out to me.

Hello there. as previously mentioned, the shoes delivered are 100% leather. Your order was marked with a "high risk of fraud" badge so we had to proceed carefully.

We are not associated with any other business. Arconya is an independent business that was started by the help of Ashour Shoes in the past (which is a legitimate business as well) but has since been operating separately.

You have requested a return as soon as the order arrived claiming that it is not as described, The size guide is clearly displayed on multiple pages of the website to help customers in picking the correct one. We do provide free returns in the case of damage or the if the item was not as described. For customer remorse or other reasons the return is paid for by the customer, or we can offer up to a 30% refund and you get to keep the item.
