Austin and Ryan are great to work with. Both are super responsive and willing to meet me at virtually any time via google teams or email to answer questions and walk me through platform changes. Algos work just like they should and I couldn't be happier with the level of attentiveness to my account. I would highly recommend working with them.

Arch Public…….Really
Arch public, sell their set up and initiation of the software. Not what I experienced. Quite the opposite. Rushed, treated like an annoyance to the set up guy. He Set up the process …..Gone. No explanation no walk through, don’t even know if it’s working.
Avoid.

Their support is non-existent in REAL help, though they do go through some aggravating motions of acting as if they will help. They are too poorly managed and have bad systems in place to operate effectively.
