Arch KBB Recenzje

Simply Amazing!
I heard of Arch KBB showroom from a friend who had bought his kitchen from this shop and recommended me to them for my bathroom and en-suit shower.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted the same way until the moment they fitted my bathroom and shower and all was done; always polite, helpful and there to listen to my needs. At no time did I feel pressured to buy certain products, but rather given tailored options to my requirements.
From the owner to the staff, all there to work with the customer to keep us satisfied in our transformed home.
Will definitely be back for any other projects I've got.
Will try to upload some pics soon if the account lets.
Cheers guys!

I ordered a kitchen and 2 bathrooms through KBB when renovating my flat and received great advice and help with the design. I am delighted with the final result and would definitely recommend Munty and the team at KBB.

10* customer service

Excellent service and great result

I've just used Arch KBB to renovate my shower room and I am very pleased with the results. Zara, who owns the shop with her husband, and Morea should write manuals on customer service. They could not have done more to find everything that I wanted at a price I wanted -- Morea didn't give up until she found a basin that would fit in a awkward space that I could afford. When it comes to building projects / renovations I know exactly what I want but can't always articulate the vision. Zara and Morea were very patient and helpful. I've used the shop in the past to replace the downstairs loo and basin and they were just has helpful. I'm sure my shower room was a small project for them, but they always treated me as if I were a major client.

Builder Sam is not cheap and we had to wait two months to fit into his schedule, but he pays great attention to detail and the finished results are excellent. he also was patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind about various details.

We are really happy with Arch KBB. The advice was excellent as was the service. We now have a fantastic new bathroom thanks to Hussein and the team.

Truly the best customer service. The quality of the goods are perfect, the range is as you desire - they always match the specification and budget you request. All put together with possibly the best all round staff you could hope to be looking after you. Honestly worth every word I have written !

Arch KBB installed my new and beautiful bathroom. The service was personal and very helpful. I felt they had a good design sense and I am very happy with the result. Maggie

We discovered The Arch a few years ago and have been using and recommending them for both kitchens and bathrooms ever since.
Their range of quality products is amazing but above all it is the people, their knowledge and approach to customers, pre and after sale, that makes them stand out.

Maher, Munty and their team helped to create a beautiful kitchen for me. The result is clean, elegant and highly serviceable. I think the best review comes from my appreciative visitors who see the finished result and pass on their admiration.

I also appreciated very much the courtesy, gentleness and kind manners of the whole team which made the whole process much more agreeable. A rare find in these times.

Thank you.

Great selection of bathroom fixtures and fittings, good prices and the staff are knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.

We recently ordered a kitchen and bathrooms for our new house from the arch and the service was great from start to finish.
New products are now installed and we are extremely pleased with the result.
The staff were all very professional and helpful.
We are very pleased with the end result and we will defiantly recommend you to everyone.

Excellent service and excellent help to make a decision on what to order.

Great range of products
Pricing inline with all range of budgets
What is exceptional is the service.

You will not find many like Munty who have such knowledge of Kitchens, Bathrooms and general building.

Arch have been excellent throughout the decision making and install of our new kitchen.

Munty came to site on a number of occasions to insure the install went without a hitch and his followup was spot on.

Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend The Arch - they have designed my ensuite and kitchen and helped refurbish my main bathroom. I am absolutely delighted with the results. I really appreciated the lengths Maher and Zara went to in order to help design my ideal space. I could not have done it without them. They were there from beginning to end, ensuring that all went well. Thank you!

Good service all round from Hussain and the rest of the team - good choice of products; we're very happy with our bathroom!
