Started creating my order with engraving and an hour later, I realised I could add an emoji so emailed and got a quick response to agree to the change I requested. Made in London UK and 2 days after ordering, it was delivered.

The watch was beautifully engraved with the exact wording and "emojis" I placed. The spacing and allignment on the back fit and flowed perfectly. Very fast shipping and delivery! Order was ready to be shipped within a day of ordering, and arrived within the week! 10/10 would recommend.

I recently ordered an engraved watch as a family gift for our 75 year old grandad's birthday, and to say we are impressed with not only the quality of the watch and the engraving, but the overall service and speed of delivery. The watch was engraved and despatched within 2 hours of ordering and arrived 2 days later beautifully packaged, and all for a very reasonable price with free delivery incl. Highly recommended and will use again for sure.

I loved the helpfullnes of the chat available in the website and the level of personalization you can do with the watches is amazing.

The only thing I would suggest is for the finder to work not only by watch name cus as a new costumer I was not familiar with them, I was looking by watch's width and the finder gave me no results for thats.

I ordered a personalised pocket watch for my dad as a wedding/father's day gift. The watch was beautiful and the engravement was perfect, even the packaging was something special and delivery super fast! On closer inspection, when the watch arrived, there was a slight issue. I emailed the company with proof, about the issue, and it was resolved immediately. Kasia's customer service was exemplary and a new watch arrived a few days later.
