After a slow start to processing the claim which was not Arch's fault, most pleasant conversation to confirm a few points and my claim was accepted and payment made. Very happy.

Positive Claims Outcome
Shabnam Yunis dealt with a products liability claim involving a number of parties. She dealt with all correspondence in an extremely prompt manner and kept us informed of developments throughout the claim. This was very helpful in managing communication between our client and their customer (who was the claimant). Having settled the claim a full recovery was obtained from an overseas entity which was a fantastic result.

dishonest company
they said I claimed for subsidence. They surveyed the property & said it is NOT SUBSIDENCE & now wont cover me for the subsidence I dont have in my property!
EVEN THEIR OWN SURVEYOR SAID NOT SUBSIDENCE!
