Excellent service, very happy with the Arcade machine, very good build quality, would definitely recommend

I spoke to Amir about a bar top arcade machine in Jan2021.He was helpful to explain how they build these units and once I placed my order he and his team kept me updated on its build by a wassapp video call so there was no confusion.A week later the machine arrived nicely packed .The games in this package were great.Well done guys

I have a lot of praise for Arcade Mania, excellent machines, good value for money and, brilliant customer service, these machines look well cool!
If you are thinking about investing in an Arcade Mania machine, then speak to one of the companies representative, Hussein was of great help, and I'm sure he will answer any questions you may have.

I ordered in October and had my build made to my order which I requested, arcade mania team was amazing nothing was to much trouble for them they kept me posted on my build and I even visited the shop to talk about my build and what would be the best for me as I wanted to buy for life !! -they set me up and I contacted them once a week just to see how my build was going they were on the ball with it and was very helpful throughout-I now have my arcade machine and it’s amazing I love it I play for about 2 hours on it and have the retro pie game package,as I just love the 80’s games on arcade mode, so pleased I chose loads of games -I have asked once they do the pie 4 I will have this installed on it when it is available from them.
Great service great customer service and great delivery-just amazing thank you all so much who completed my build .
A very happy customer and I will keep in touch with them for the future well done 👍

Had to shop around a bit to really understand what I was about to buy but Arcade Mania came highly recommended and the lads on the phone were very helpful and honest, their customer service is top class. The arcade machine itself is a dream and it fits perfectly in my home.

If you want an excellent service and a top quality built machine you must go to Arcade Mania.

The communication and sales service is outstanding from start to finish and beyond ask these boys a question and they have all the right answers.

Let me start off by saying that the customer service is only just surpassed by the quality of the product.
We’ve had our machine a couple of weeks now and we love it.
The quality of the machine is absolutely fantastic. Myself and the missus couldn’t be happier with it. It’s a real feature in our home.
The only thing I wish I had done.... is upgrade to the 8000 games rather than stick at the 3000 games. The reason for that is we would of had more games we knew, rather than a lot of Asian ones we know nothing about. But, we have had fun figuring out what they’re about.
The nostalgia in playing our childhood memories has been great, and we can’t wait to play it with our friends when we can next have a party.

The customer service from the team was fantastic. I received a call upon placing the order to confirm that’s what I wanted. And another call a few days later to tell me when it was ready for dispatch.

The whole experience was a pleasure and I couldn’t recommend them or their fantastic product anymore. If they had an 10 star button I would press it twice.

Bought a Minicade machine and stand for our 7 year old twins for Christmas. Extravagant yes but still cheaper than 2 Nintendo Switches and a few games each!
The customer service from Nayim and Hussein was incredible.
Even though we bought it in November we didn’t want the machine until as close to Christmas as possible (it’s quite a big item to hide from prying eyes) which was no problem at all.
All aspects of the ordering process were so smooth and no question from us total novices was too much.
We started to set it up on Christmas Eve which was as easy as promised but couldn’t figure out how to turn the volume down so apologetically texted Hussein at 9pm, he texted back immediately and called to help.
All sorted for the most amazing surprise the boys love it and so do we!

Such a fantastic high level service received from these guys! Being an amateur as purchasing for my partner I was talked through all the different options and what best suited my needs. The spec was perfect and my partner is absolutely in love with his machine. Delivery excellent, customer service and after care incredible! Worth every penny I spent!

Everything was so good, amazingly fast response to emails, No question seemed to bother them and delivery was sooner than planned. Very happy and having lots of retro fun

Good customer service at the beginning and a good looking standing machine.but......theres no way to"continue" a game.once you die that's it....back to beginning.makes virtually all games pointless.as never going to be able entire games (re-type,dungeons and dragons,1943) without dying.doesnt matter how many times you push the credit button.....wouldn't of bought it if had know.

Purchased the Atari full size arcade machine with over 3000 games for my husband for Xmas for our 'Wo-Man Cave'. I hesitated for a few weeks and finally took the plunge and purchased it and I must say, It's absolutely awsome, I'm so glad I did! Ended up giving it to him early as I couldn't contain my excitement! (I had a story it was something for the garden, threw him off the scent!) such a trip down memory lane! Bubble bobble, golden axe, paperboy, pac land and the list goes on! Fantastic service from arcadia mania. Kept me in the loop, delivery was prompt. I had a minor issue of the screen not coming on on set up, so I texted Hussein whilst he was with his family at home in the evening that I had an issue, within a minute he was on the phone and got me sorted! A CLASS SERVICE!! simply the monitor lead had wiggled a few mm out its socket during delivery (well packaged by the way) So nothing to worry about! I did find instructions later providing this info, so there was no need for me
to bother Hussein anyway, bless him, nothing was to much trouble anyway! We have now endless fun for Lockdown and non lockdown! Thank you Arcade Mania xxx
