I had a positive collaboration with Arc team regarding a part time job position. Since I had other personal and work engagements this one was more suitable. I also got good support from Arc team whenever I asked for help though email. Payment processing is also quite transparent and timely.

Look closely at the reviews. Most of them only have 1 rating on Trustpilot. Fake!

Great platform and support for devs to find great opportunities.

So far, my experience with the platform and Arc's team support has been excellent. The interview process is easy to follow, and the Arc's team is always ready to help throughout the process.

From a designer's perspective, there is room for improvement in the number of open roles. At least for Brazil, I didn't see many company options for applying. However, I could move forward in the process with a company sooner than I expected and I've had great support from Arc's team.

I like the filtering so I can clearly see what is available, therefore no wasting time applying for positions are not for my profile.

So far, I am satisfied from the platform, however, yet to explore the platform. Hopefully, I would soon land up a job so that I could explore the full cycle features of it.

I'm a software developer. After working on different platforms, Arc was the best developer experience overall. All contractual stuff is handled by the Arc project management team. As a developer you just focus on what you love - writing code! Very smooth payment system as well. I have worked with 2 clients through them already and I hope to do more work through Arc in the future!

We schedule a first stage interview. reschedule... I did not mind.

I reschedule the second stage interview due to technical difficulties. All good.

I sent emails asking for the content and methodology of the technical interview. No answers.

The day of the technical interview I was asked to code a simple Fibonacci function in my preferred coding language. After working and studying the whole day I could not finish it.

I have 14 years of experience as a software engineer ,but having a gap (time) in my resume. I asked where to send my certificates and translated degrees.
And my communication skills were also questioned...
worked 4 years in Customer Service in Australia including high risk environments and IT development.

now they reply:
