I had an issue with the shipment on DHL, it had been stuck in germany for like 10 days and I reached out Arc (Milica) and they started an investigation which got resolved and shipped to me in 3 days.

Not only does Arc provide an excellent protective solution they provide excellent customer service after the sale. I purchased the Arc in January and the bottom piece somehow fell off without me noticing and was lost. I messaged ARC asking if I could purchase a replacement for the bottom piece. A response came the next day that a replacement, at no charge, was being sent.
I’ve been using Arc for my last 3 phones. My phone gets a lot of notice from friends and even strangers for the sleek look and feel the ARC gives. I recommend ARC for the safety it provides but now I can also feel confident that should they invest they will be taken care of even after the sale.

By using arc pulse with my S25 ultra is really amazing experience, its bold, its different and also its very simple as u can really feel ur natural case of ur mobile, as S26 just launch, i do preorder, and cant wait to use it.....quite bit long almost 2 weeks

The bottom piece of my Arc case came off. I emailed Arc customer service and they replaced at no cost. I will be an Arc customer for this and any future phone I purchase.

Not much of an interaction besides shopping on line on your site and deciding on something you’re out of stock on. I requested timing of restock. Agent responded expediently but with no info on when item would be available.

Absolutely amazing product and customer service. I ordered the Arc Pulse case for my iPhone 17 and received it really fast. It looks and feels Absolutely amazing and fits really well. The only problem I had was that the inlay wasn't completely aligned with the bottom part. They first send a guide on how to fit the inlay. When that wasn't successful they send out a replacement without asking for it. Thrilled with both the product and the customer service!

I have purchased three of these. Since I first discovered this product. I love the feel of the phone without the case and spent countless hours looking for a slim see through phone case. I wasn’t crazy about any of the options. When I found this I was super excited, since it was exactly what I was looking for. It took months to pull the trigger due to the expense. I finally did and never looked back. It protects the phone as marketed, slick design (I always get compliments). The other day the bottom fell off and I lost it. Super bummed. I reached out to their customer service and the sent me a replacement. I’ll keep promoting their product especially knowing they back their products.

I lost part of my phone case and was given help in getting a replacement at a reduced cost. The item was also marked as out of stock online but a link was created for me so I could get one.

I've bought one Arc Pulse for my Android Pixel and must have messed up, because the bottom half fell off the phone; I let the team know, it was within 30-days of the purchase, so they sent a replacement.

I love it so much, for my work iPhone 17e, I reached out again to see if they're making one for that phone. Ana got back to me when I asked on chat, said to keep an eye out and staying hopeful because the product is just that good (and keep recommending to friends).
