Could have better customer service
Had a look around the forecourt and showroom. Waited ages for someone to come and help. Eventually some one came. Went through the process of buying but wasn't sure and said we'd think about it over the weekend. Asked if they could give me a breakdown of the figures as there were 2 sets. We were promised an email but never received one. Received a phone call Sunday but the phone didn't ring long enough for me to catch the call. Rang back, told someone I wanted Nissan and waited 10 minutes on hold, Rang back on another phone as I felt it was late. They they were closed!
