I mainly got Arbitrage Hero for online arbitrage and only tried the wholesale module a few weeks in. Uploaded a supplier price list of about 800 lines, fully expecting to spend the evening cleaning it up by hand - it matched nearly everything to Amazon on its own, with fees and margins already worked out before I'd finished my coffee. Honestly didn't expect that part of the tool to be this good.

Ran a 1,000-SKU supplier catalog (US beauty/barber products) through ArbitrageHero and matched the output back against the source by barcode.

Coverage was solid: it returned ASINs for 793 of 1,000 products (79%), which is on par with the best tools I've tested. The standout feature is multipack matching — it finds "Pack of 2 / Pack of 12" listings and scales the cost of goods accordingly. That's where most of the margin actually lives, and nothing else I've used does it. It also returns up to 11 alternative ASINs per product, so you can pick the best listing instead of taking the first hit. Net result: about 50% more positions above 30% ROI than the tool I was comparing against.

​I am writing this review specifically to highlight the fantastic customer support at Arbitrage Hero. I made a mistake and forgot to cancel my automatic renewal on time, which resulted in an accidental charge to my account. Even though the error was 100% my fault, I reached out to their customer service to see if anything could be done.
​The team was incredibly polite, understanding, and proactive. They addressed my situation right away and graciously arranged a refund for the charge. Easy to use, the interface for wholesale feature is better than the other apps we used. It fits everything you need in a window, so you don't need to scroll to right or left.

I've been using Arbitragehero as one of my sourcing tools in my Amazon business since April 2023.

You can set up your criteria to filter deals that are appropriate for your business model.

It's been really useful tool. I especially like the deals in the last 24 hours option, the 24-hour vault.

I use this app last month, found many suppliers and products which are good for sell on Amazon. I also would like to say thank you to customer service. I forgot to switch to monthly payments and got charged for whole year. So I texted to customer service and they returned full amount and switched to monthly. Recommended this app!

Excellent Programs and Support

As a new beginner on OA, I was confused about sourcing, navigating or analysed potential product profitability.
Subscribing on Arbitrge Hero gave me some directives regarding that as they provide short videos on each of their tools to teach you how to navigate.
As if that was not enough, the Founder is available almost every week for Q & A where he approaches all our questions and sometimes go beyond the softwear and use his own knowledge of the business to provide suggestions.
The customer service is so prompt to come and support you unlock the bottleneck and get you going.

First of All..Thanks to Trust-pilot to allow consumers leave their honest reviews about their bad experience with business. Personally, never care to left good reviews as many would do, if the business really worth good impressions from people. I just warn new victims from my bad experiences that s it.
Secondly, I got some disputes with this seller via Paypal as i forgot to cancel my trial subscription of their service on time, the result was blocked from my an account since raised the cases until get closed on his favour.

My subscription started the 11 September .. money holds by Paypal due disputes..we are on the on the 09 Oct and my an account get still blocked. The seller get his funds back

I m not aiming to get access to profit for their worthless service ..as their service is unqualified and will say why later, but it s a question of principal and proof that this company is a scam.. received tons of their marketing emails as they are good on that to apply for a trial..just was curious about their offers.. nothing more nothing less..of course won t go for this garbage..

the proof is this company who is selling Amazon deals for Amazon sellers.. also they have other products:

vMarketerPro – Helps small businesses to create and promote videos
vRankerPro – Helps in ranking Youtube videos
SocialLinkMachine – Helps promote content via social media.

That proofs they are not really Prof Amazon sellers and just marketers selling products here and there

Tried their services ..honestly does not worth it the scraping of the deals from retail store is low quality .. Low sales volume.. Too many sellers on the listing and of course as any other software when you pick these deals shared between tons of over +1000 subscribers you find yourself with a listing that will make u a loss with a price war and leading to tanking prices.. as everyone want to win the Buybox .. tons of naïve newbies sellers dreaming to make freedom living from selling Amazon and who is making the money is the developer of this useless tool ..

This company is making living from new naiive subscribers .. there will be no new recurring ones, coz this system does NOT WORK..Amazon is so complicated Business, very well established and strict structure full of policies, than to pay for 47 £ to get deals and be promised wo this is your way out for freedom, it's not even side hustle to earn extra income.

Selling on Amazon if very complicated game, a hard compliance s policy rules and many educations to learn..otherwise.. your an account will get suspend easily by buying these deals, why coz almost your will get reported by the brands that your not allowed to sell their product, as we called IP Complaints. and there are many types of them.

Doing OA on Amazon is very risky business, especially buying deals from this crappy software
arbitrage hero..where you find yourself facing too many IP complaints from brands, business owners etc etc..doing a wholesale model required an education to one private coaching, hiring VA, admin work to do behind, also you must know HOW TO OUTSOURCE ..and big capital to play with i would say MIN 5k -10k $$ ..

My honest review is stayed away from these tools and especially this company called arbitrage hero.

their gain is always engaging new subscribers that finally after 2–3 months they cut their membership. coz this business model does not work by buying these ridiculous called deals...

Each scam and failure business most they published fake reviews on youtube to lure people, or convince them by unreal facts

Probably they will convince you that they were amazon sellers and they stopped for any such ridiculous xxx reason. come on, just common sense, if someone making really big income from Amazon by selling profitable products, why he would stop doing in it, and focus on selling same deals that are shared between tons of sellers..just this one will make you think... also on Amazon sales volume does not makes any sense, the important how much is your margin net profit per sales, after deducting all your expenses and unfortunately, you wont get this evidence, simply they failed as Amazon sellers and they look behind an alternative to profit indirectly from the system...just warn you.. be careful

Max has always made himself available to answer questions and solve problems. I have been using Arbitrage Hero for over a year, and will continue to do so because of the exemplary customer service. Most companies providing this sort of service tell you "that's just the way the program works", but Max and his team are always open to making changes to help his subscribers. Thanks, Max!

Arbitrage Hero is an excellent product with excellant support and the support representatives are very knowledgeable and supportive. One thing of note is that they do not give you grief over even the simplest (and sometimes obvious) questions. Support answers most questions very quickly, but on weekends it may take a little while longer. The software is better than any other sourcing software I have used in sourcing for sales on Amazon. Max also provides a Q&A session (not a substitute for technical support) almost weekly (based on his schedule) where he asks for inputs from his clients for improvements and additions.

Stay away from the free trial download of the software. After the 14 day trial download they take 1 years subscription out instead of the monthly subscription and they dont give you your money back when you complain
