disappointed that the first agent told me the matter was insured and I spent hours uploading all the evidence and then to have another agent tell me it wasnt covered.

What a total waste of time! Arag were appointed well over 12 months ago to assist me with a simple insurance excess claim. From day 1 they have been completely ineffective and non proactive. Despite complaining numerous times about their inactiveness and complete lack of momentum, all I receive (if lucky and usually many weeks after each complaint) is a generically produced email which reads exactly the same each time and says that they are awaiting further developments.
To date, their services have proven to be next to useless and it bewilders me as to how they can still be in business.
Take no notice of their media advertising - I find their spiel and promises of professional assistance far from truthful.

Awful, turned down, now we have a bigger company after them. Did walk away from it but found out they should have dealt with it. Getting to speak with them, and some not even doing the job right. I am laughing now, so never let things go. Even took more money to do nothing after an 80-year scam.

I have house insurance with Admiral and I was looking through the small print ( never really done that before) and noticed o was covered for employment issues! I’ve been having issues with my employer and so I called up the help line asking for help. I spoke to a lovely young lady who listened to my tale of woe .. I then had another phone call later that day from the legal team who have them sent me a claim form . They explained that is they see a potential case I will be allocated a solicitor who can help me fight my battle!
