I purchased travel insurance from this company and would highly recommend.I spoke with Rhys to discuss cover for my Son who travels across UK and Europe to compete . Rhys was very professional and clearly enthusiastic about working on my behalf to provide a solution. Equally, Rhys was very clear and transparent about what the market could deliver in terms of providing cover for my son’s trips in circumstances where he is travelling to training camps and competitions.

I have a letter from my insurance company informing me that i needed to repay the full amount of my claim in order to reinstate my no claims bonus when I have no claims protection on my policy. Hazel contacted the insurance company straight away and confirmed back to me that updatw letter will be issued out.
