Chris and Amy provided an excellent service helping me to come to the right decision on size and colour on my dream sofa.

Although not eveything went quite to plan they ensured that they resolved all issues in a professional & efficient manner. Their customer service really does stand out especially as a small business.

Having been looking for a sofa for many months I chanced upon Arabella Designs advert on Facebook. It was a "Eureka" moment as at last a company that was UK based with the exact design of sofa i had in my minds eye. The choice of quality bespoke size and luxurious materials did not disappoint. After requesting several samples which arrived quickly I decided on the large cloud sofa in Vintage blue . Chris the Director of the company kept In contact via email answering my queries at all times . Both late in the evening and the early mornings including the weekend. Incredible service. I am now excitedly waiting for delivery of my chosen sofa to be delivered at some point in the next 8 weeks . I shall update once delivered. UPDATE .
I have received my sofa, there was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery chap which was quickly remedied by emailing chris ( the Director) directly.
He resolved the issue immediately. I couldn't be happier with my sofa and the after sales . I whole heartedly reccomend Arabella designs so much so that I shall be a return customer for a sofa bed to match my sofa . The quality is second to none as is the after sales support .

I received my Cloud sofa today. It looks and feels amazing and the customer service was incredible through the entire process from first expressing my interest and ordering my free fabric samples all the way up to it being hand delivered by Chris himself. Amazing service, Amy was just brilliant, talked on the phone for ages and in detail about the sofa we liked, Chris popped over to see us on his way back from London, which was great as we live far away from their workshop and we ideally wanted to see the sofa before ordering. Chris was a dream to deal with, lovely chap, over all I think they are just fantastic, I love supporting independents, they both were just lovely, excited to receive my sofa!!!!!!!!

Excellent experience from beginning to end and an amazing sofa as the outcome!
We have been in communication with Chris about a new sofa for a year now and he has been so kind, patient and helpful with advice all the way through.
His advice has been second to none- the time he has taken to explain and work with us to construct our dream sofa has been excellent.
He has kept us updated with the building process from ordering to delivery (and even came for the delivery to make sure we were happy!). He was able to customize elements of the sofa for us, to enable it to perfectly fit in the space we required.
The quality is superb - the sofa is exactly how I had planned in my mind, the materials used are top quality and you can tell the difference in the build from the normal high street stores- far more superior.
We cannot rate Chris and his team highly enough and will recommend him to everyone. We will definitely be using him for future purchases. Thank you again!

We’ve just bought three custom-made sofas and a footrest with a quartz top, and I honestly can’t rate Chris and his business highly enough – they’re absolutely fantastic.

From the very beginning, nothing was too much trouble. The choice of fabrics was excellent, and Chris made the whole process simple and stress-free. It was reassuring to see examples of his sofas in the workshop, but in truth, I wouldn’t hesitate to order again without even needing to sit on them first – the quality speaks for itself.

Delivery was seamless, communication was spot on throughout, and the end result has far exceeded our expectations. It’s been such a pleasure supporting a local family business rather than a big high-street chain – the quality, the ability to customise, and the level of service are all on another level.

All staff are amazing, informative and friendly. They all went above and beyond to make our dream sofa at a reasonable price! The upmost care was taken to ensure it was exactly as we requested and we were kept informed of the stages throughout.

I received my sofa samples yesterday so much choice to go threw and the colour are so lovely I have not made my mind up what colours I am looking for but it’s give me some idea and the sofa look so lovely so comfortable so I just need to decide now

We found Arabella Designs on Instagram and once we found the design for us we went to the showroom to see it in the flesh and meet Chris the owner and designer.

His knowledge of and passion for his craft were obvious as soon as he started to explain the process of creating our dream sofa. Couple that with an extensive catalogue of bespoke materials and upholstery choices and it was such an easy decision.

We eventually chose the corner coco in mink, made to our exact measurements at no extra cost and had a bespoke bench seat cushion made to order as well. This ties the kitchen diner / living room together.

Chris was always on hand for any questions and nothing was too much throughout the entire process. He even delivered it by hand!!

We could not be happier and we'll definitely be back for our next sofa.

Yet to receive but the help and guidance I’ve had do far has been incredible

We had been looking in all the usual outlets for a loungie, crash out style of corner sofa but couldnt find anything suitable, comfort or sizewise, so, begrudgingly, we decided on a standalone sofa and armchair from loaf as their corner sofas did not fit our space.
But at the last minute before purchase, by chance, we came across arabellas website, called Chris and arranged to visit him in their showroom.
It has been a lovely experiance dealing with him, he listened as we explained what we wanted and he suggested trying the cloud corner sofa which he could custom build to our exact measurements and fabric choices and at no additional cost to their standard sizes.
We've just taken delivery of the sofa and could not be happier with it, fantastic quality and so, so comfortable, all at a brilliant price too.
We highly recommend Arabella designs to anyone considering a new sofa, thanks again Chris.
