A brilliant sofa-buying experience from start to finish! Chris and the team were fantastic, so friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful. I really valued Chris’ expert advice on cushion choices, and he also worked with me to make sure the sofa would fit into my house, which made everything so easy and stress free. Delivery was smooth and I am absolutely thrilled with my sofa. The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and it is great value for money. Thank you, Chris and the team - I would happily recommend you to anyone!

I don’t really know where to start with this review as I’m not sure if my words will give it the justice it deserves. Chris and Amy were absolutely fantastic from the start. My indecisiveness was never a problem. The quality of the sofa has been everything that I could have hoped for and more for an amazing price too. Your knowledge and experience were second to none. A British made sofa designed to my specifications. Loved seeing the factory where it was being built. Thank you to you both for all your help throughout the process. I absolutely love my cloud. Now to choose my next sofa and bed…..

I found Arabella on an unsponsored post from an interior designer I follow on Instagram. I travelled to the showroom from the Northeast to meet Chris and the team and look at what was available after looking at every highsreet sofa company.

The range was exactly what I was looking for and I ordered 2 custom size sofas. The service was fantastic with measurements taken at my home from Chris as the building work was progressing to ensure everything would be the perfect fit. I added an 3rd sofa and customer made bed all of which has just been delivered and installed.

I never leave reviews but this was seriously the best service I have recieved from any company I have bought furniture from. 10/10 Highly recommend and I won't be going anywhere else in the future. To top it off Chris is a great guy and I wish Arabella every success as they deserve it.

Ordered a bespoke Poppy bed and from start to finish, dealing with Amy & Chris was an absolute pleasure. Any queries we had were dealt with in a professional and friendly manner and the finished bed is high quality and looks fantastic. Very happy customers and we would certainly recommend their business and products. We will be back for a sofa in the not too distant future.

The sofa of our dreams. Thanks to Chris and his team! It was so worth the wait. Having never sat on a tester one we were nervous- but it’s just want we want- so cosy, comfy and deep. We now have a classy living room if I do say so myself !

Ordered our sofa online as we're not close to the showroom. Obviously a little nervous as we would like to see what we're buying first.
However taking confidence from the many positive reviews we went ahead and have not been disappointed.
Have spoken / corresponded with the team a few times and they have always been very friendly and helpful.
Recently taken delivery and the sofa is really well made and is a great feature in our room. Would certainly recommend.

Chris and Amy were incredibly nice and super helpful from my initial interest in their Sofas . Brilliant customer service . But I am completely blown away by the Sofa , I can honestly say it is the best sofa I have ever sat in . I have been to some lovely five star hotels etc but I can honestly say nothing compares to my Soho sofa from Arabella . I can’t rave about it enough as I did loads of research on different companies but I found the best 🙏. Thanks so much Chris and Amy !

Chris was extremely helpful from the first time I contacted the company about bar stools that I had seen on the website. I always had quick replies to emails and my questions were always answered in detail....nothing was too much trouble. These guys created a beautiful bed for us, I spent hours googling high headboard beds and couldn't find the quality and finishes that Arabella deliver on.. we got to choose from a huge range of fabrics, and they even matched the wood edging to a vanity sample I had, absolute genius! Can't recommend them enough, 10/10
