Absolutely useless company

Absolutely useless company . They posted my parcels to wrong address. Did not even take photo evidence on the tracking system. Like other company’s do. So if your parcel gos to wrong address at least you got a clue were it got left to find it. Customer service is a shambles no help. If you’re buying something online. You see this company being yoused in the tracking section. God help you.

Sellers, please do not use this courier company!

The website is woefully lacking information. It only tells you that the parcel is being delivered on a particular day. No window of time. I waited in all day for it to be delivered only to think it hadn't been delivered as no doorbell rung or even a knock on the door. I found later that evening that it had been left outside my door in the pouring rain with no contact from the courier on delivery! Sellers, please don't use this delivery service for your goods, complete rubbish on all levels.

WE DELIVERED IT YESTERDAY!

Their tracking isn't up to much. All my tracking info arrived 24 hours after the event. So, telling me that my parcel was out for delivery, and delivered, a day after the event, was less than helpful.
