Very disappointed in this store

Very disappointed in this store. First sold me defective fish, then I followed their policy and within 24 hours mailed them the specimen and water tests. Never heard back. Weeks later, I mailed them request for refund again. They simply are stealing my money. Going to have to file a bank chargeback. If they want to refund me, and resolve this, for an updated they review, they know my complaint and they have a copy of my receipt

Bought 1/10 hp max chiller

Bought 1/10 hp max chiller. First hot week hooked chiller up and followed all instructions.Turned on chiller and actually warmed up water. Tried getting support through email because fish were getting very warm and no response after several tries.Was desperate so took chiller apart to see what problem was.One of tubes were cracked and leaked out refrigerate. Lot of money wasted and a very bad experience.

If we are at fault for the problems with your chiller purchase, than we take full responsibility and deserve the 1 star review you gave us. But we looked back from your date of purchase to today and do not have any record of an email or phone call from you. Did you contact the manufacturer, Aqua Euro? Do you have any recollection of who you talked to? They have always been very quick to get back to customers info@aquaeurousa.com and always have rectified any problem. We have never heard of them leaving people hanging nor fish left in a serious predicament.
We always and will always will go the extra distance to help anyone (even those who are not our customers) though any problems, no matter what. That is why this is so odd.

Fluval FX6 Canister Filter

I gave Aquatic Warehouse 5 stars because they actually read my notes in my order. I asked to please not send me this filter if it is not the most up to date filter. I purchased the FX6 canister filter from Petco off of Ebay and they didn't send me the one that was pictured on the website. When I received it, it was the wrong one. They refused to exchange it. So I just returned it. Thanks to Aquatic Warehouse I received the most up to date FX6 filter and paid $22 less for it. Aquatic Warehouse was quick to respond to me via email and a phone call from Pat assuring me that the FX6 canister filter will be the most up to date filter available. I received my filter within a week of my order. I was able to set up my 300 gallon turtles tank July 1, 2018 with my FX6 Canister Filter. So far I love they way it is working.

Thank you Aquatic Warehouse and Pat for being so prompt with your service. I will definitely recommend shopping on your website to anyone.
