Ordered a part for my filter, they sent the wrong part, have emailed but no reply, stay clear of these.

Ordered fish tank and no Comms. More than a week went buy and rang their customer services. They don't care. Didn't even bother fulfilling the order despite showing in stock. One of the worst companies to deal with. Never again. Don't believe a word they say. Should have read the reviews before making the purchase

I ordered a selection of items from these guys, attracted by some excellent prices, only to realise too late that I'd missed out one of the most important things. Not wanting to get hit with another postage charge I emailed them with the problem and got a prompt reply with an invoice for the missing item so as to add it to the original order.

It all arrived well packaged the next day, so a 5 star experience for me.

Supposed to respond to emails within 24hrs. I waited x5 days & emailed again - nothing. Shocking. I had money to spend! ! !

stay away. express shipping over a week, dead corals for which they do not return money. and different than what I ordered. no contact. they don't respond to messages. they don't give a damn about the customer

Bought a TMC return pump 6 months ago & it's now not working properly, tried to contact the company to ask for replacement but the email keeps bouncing back & when you phone them it just keeps going straight to answerphone. So no way to contact them! I have now had to purchase a new return pump elsewhere, as I need a working return on my tank ASAP!

Item took 3 weeks to arrive despite me paying for 48hour delivery and communication was extremely poor during this time.
Despite this, I did receive the item that I ordered and it was well packaged and exactly what I wanted.
Company sent me an extra parcel with some fish consumables as an apology. So overall I’m satisfied.

Dreadful customer care.
I purchased a pond pump and several weeks later it stopped working. Everything had to be done by email , which at times took two or three days for them to reply. They wouldn’t replace the pump blaming the manufacturer and offered to send me a replacement part for me to fit.
Very unhelpful and certainly not customer focused. Will never use them again.

Ordered aquarium , paid extra for delivery. After few days no updates on order still said processing so I emailed and was told tank was out of stock and that it would be at a extra £25 cost. Just cancelled order would not use again

Thank you for the great service! The products I ordered were delivered quickly, two days after placing the order. Excellent contact with sales team. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong product. They responded to emails very quickly and advised how to return and exchange the product as quickly and as profitably as possible. They returned the money without any delay. I'm impressed because it's hard to find such great customer service these days. Once again, thank you very much!

Please don't trust this company. Did order goods paid for includ delivery charge and day later received email to pay 19 .99 for delivery. Not very honest.

Bought Thursday morning - delivered Friday morning. reasonable prices, fast service. I recommend.

Fast and prompt shipping and great prices

I placed an expensive order with them in December, I emailed their customer services 3 times with questions and did not receive any response at all and still haven't in mid-January. The item was posted quickly but Royal Mail didn't update the tracking at all so I was somewhat panicked that the item was lost. It randomly turned up and is an excellent product but I dread to think what communication I would get from Aqua rite if something was faulty or if it hadn't arrived???

Great experience when dealing with this company. Helpful staff and good communication. From ordering online to delivery, the experience was smooth and not stressful. Will deal with them again.
