Even though it was just after Christmas…
Even though it was just after Christmas when everyone should be holidaying I got my delivery. Love my Aqua Plus filter system in our caravan, no matter the standard of the water in our onboard tanks the water tastes and is clear as a mountain stream.

Delivery of filter delayed - Australia Post is a joke
As of the date of my review (29 December), I had not yet received the filter. I had not received any notice of delivery, and the Australia Post tracking number I was given was unusable.
This morning (30 December) I received the correct Australia Post tracking number, and learned that on 24 December the filter was ‘delivered’ to an Australia Post Delivery Centre 5 km from my house on 24 December.
I collected the filter today, and confirmed that no attempt had been made to deliver it, and no notice had been provided as to where it was being held.

Upon further investigation, we can confirm that the order was received on December 18th and dispatched from our warehouse the next business day, December 19th. As per Australia Post tracking, the parcel was delivered on December 24th and is currently awaiting collection.

Sent email twice no response
Sent email twice no response. Ordered item on 22/11 arrived 16/12 over 3 weeks! No contact number anywhere on your site very poor service

Impossible to contact
Impossible to get any communication from this company. Repeatedly tried to use their online chat which ironically says 'responses immediately'. Upon registering email address for the 10% off voucher, nothing arrives. Checked spam, junk, tried multiple emails, tried contacting via phoning and online chat over many month. Eventually gave in an ordered on the off chance as they are the only place that stocks the water filter I need. The confirmation email says that a tracking number will be emailed, it was not, all junk & spam folders were checked . Tried to contact again to see if product had been posted, no response via any method. Although I was pleasantly surprised when the filters actually arrived. I haven't tried to fit the filters yet, so hopefully that process is ok. All round, quite a stressful transaction as i wasn't sure if I'd lost money to scam website.

Received the product promptly, unfortunately no information on how to back flush the filter and when to do so is appropriate.

The filter is quite simple to operate, there is a arrow on the label which indicates water flow. To back flush the filter it needs to be reversed the other way. This is recommended to be perform after every trip or 3-4 months (constant usage) for optimum water quality and flow. Hope this helps!

The quality of the filter is first rate.
The quality of the filter is first rate,(this is my second purchase), and the delivery of the item was very quick.
My only criticism is that the filter came with a lot of advertising material and a carry bag which I think is unnecessary and a waste of resources.
