Don´t following the law
I buy for this shop, and i pay like I have to do to the payment system – But this owner took the money before he sent to me, that is not legally for EU law. He can fist collect my money when he has ship.
On his site he says he will ship after 1 days, but after 4 days nothing was ship, so I wanted to delete this order and have my money back. Then against EU law he told me he will send them return after 14 days.
Money that’s is not his, that he even not can take before he has ship. I told him that but he told somethings about a law that is not legally in EU and he even don’t have the rules from EU on his site and the link to ODR that all webshop have to have.

That is a lie.. I put my order because it say you ship in 1-2days.. then you take my money form my account - and then i cancel my order after 5 days because i needed this product and have buy it from another place, and i told you to give back my money that you have no right to take before you ship. .Then you tell me that you have 14 days to pay me back in some rules you have. After i contacted EU court and Allegro you say sorry and pay me back.. so don’t lie.. know the rules on internet. you are in EU and not back in old USSR-.

Let's just get the rules back on. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TAKE ANY KIND OF PAYMENT BEFORE SENDING - It is the rules of the EU and you cannot at any time demand payment for freight, I have as a consumer 100% the right to refuse the receipt of the package and require to receive my full payment back.
This is the rules in EU, I have webshop for over 10 years now, and I know in Poland you don't following the rules in EU. and there is a reason why people are afraid to shop by company like yours . And there is a reason why you don't have E-trust on your site. You even don't have link to EU rules on your site, that is by law you have to have.
So no matter what you have no right to take my money. And you selling a items you don't have in stuck and say I will get it after 1-2 days.. that it's not legally to..
So big mistakes.. you just don't want to following the rules.. long is this story not.. even what you write here says that you don't following the rules.. so mister . In old USSR you can do what you want to do.. making your own rules.. but in 2019 EU.. all website have same rules . In France, Italy, Denmark and even in Poland,, we have all the same rules..

Dear customer, the order was placed by Allegro pl, we were informed about the delay in shipping the goods and we apologized in advance for it. You did not agree to later shipment and canceled the purchase contract. According to the law, funds have been returned to you. When making a purchase through the Allegro portal, you agree to the terms and conditions contained in the offer. We informed about the delay and of course we have withdrawn from the purchase agreement. Returns are processed up to 14 days, but as a rule, they are made earlier. In your case, the withdrawal took place on April 8, and the return made on April 15, i.e. after 7 days.
