Säljer annat produkt än det dom angiver. - fick inte den airfryer jag beställd - hade stora problem med leverans- bäst i test - fake!
VARNING! Köp ingenting av det här företaget! De har bluffsidor som visar att deras produkter är bäst i test och Trustpilot är nerlusat med fejkade omdömen. De säljer skräp och de följer inte gällande köplagar. Jag kunde stoppa min faktura via Klarna men företaget vägrar låta mig returnera och har mejlat mig så gott som dagligen i två månader.

I wanted to return my robot vacuum cleaner because it doesn’t work as they say it should, it sprays the dust everywhere and doesn’t clean and it can’t find its own charger port. When talking with customer support they don’t get back to me when they say the will and I have to remind them constantly to get back to me. They keep telling me to send new videos of it not working wich i have done every time and still I’ve discussed with them for 2 months now and it’s obvious they are not going to let me return the vacuum even if they are required by Swedish law. Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% sure that you want to keep their products even if it doesn’t work. Got a long mail thread that proves this
Under all kritik! Köpte en robbotdammsugare som jag hittade på en hemsida för de topp 10 bästa. När jag får hem den startar jag den och kort därefter går jag ut ur lägenheten. När jag kommer in igen är hela golvet förstört, det är fullt med repor överallt. Sedan när jag skriver till företaget och ber om att få reklamera så är servicen katastrof och jag blir nekad.
Den här avfuktaren har verkligen gjort stor skillnad hemma! Mycket tyst och lätt att använda.

I ordered a Air Frier from this website (which is VentiClub.se now and they changed the name just after my order) and even the price was 2900kr they sent a fake Chinese device which has no name and no brand on it. I understand late and in the middle of shipping process I asked for refund but they said: it is too late, take your package and will talk later.
I took my package today and again I asked them that I want to return my package with full refund which I did not even open the box. They sent me a long email that: it will take so long process and cost you lot to send it back so give it to your friends and family as a gift. I bought the device from Swedish website and they sent it from Germany to me and they said you can not sent it back to same address as we sent the package because we are in China and you have to sent it to the address we will give you, and also after we receive it and check it we will take some part of the money and maybe we will send you the rest and shipping is on me also. So they doing their best to convince me not to send it back and we will give you a part of your money.
Super disgusting customer service and even I accept these condition and asked them for send me return address they completely disappeared and I did not hear anything from them.
I do not know where to complain or how I can take my money back. I am a simple worker who wants to buy this for my wife as a gift in parts but I will put them on police to see if they can help me take my money back.
Please do not buy anything from them If you do not want to loose your money.

De säljer en Leuctroux robotdammsugare men nämner inte märket på sin hemsida, bilderna har inte heller märket på sig som dammsugaren som levererades har. Rejält dyrt pris jämfört med många andra återförsäljare på nätet. Lågt ljud, bra men kör in i möbler hela tiden.
Jag är så nöjd med den här robotdammsugaren! Den gör ett riktigt bra jobb med städningen och är särskilt effektiv på hårda golv. Det är så skönt att slipp adammsuga själv hela tiden. Den har dock lite svårt att få upp allt från mina tjockare mattor. En riktigt bra maskin för priset!
