Found Aqua Heat Assures details on the Southern Water website in relation to a leak I was looking to get someone to help identify.

From first first contact through to locating the leak Stuart was amazing - he came when he said he would, he was methodical in his approach to identifying the issue and nothing was too much trouble.

Would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again in the future for anything plumbing related.

I contacted Stewart to help assist with fitting a new toilet and basin into a garage conversion. He put in new pipework along with installing the new products chosen by the customer. He was professional, knowledgeable and the work was excellent. I would recommend to any friend and family and will be definitely using him again.

What an fantastic service! Cannot recommend Aqua Heat Assure highly enough. When I moved back into my home after renting it out for a few years, it needed a complete refurbishment, new kitchen, bathroom, windows and doors, which was quite overwhelming. Stewart took the pressure off me completely and coordinated all the work. He liaised with other trades, who were necessary and gave design advice and tips.He ripped out the old kitchen, installed new plumbing pipework and new wiring ready for the electrician to connect up, before installing the new kitchen. Instead of the expense of having to replace the damaged bath, he repaired the chipped enamel, so that it looked as good as new, which saved me a fortune. He also tidyed up the tiling and installed a chrome heated towel rail giving the bathroom a whole new fresh feel. He serviced the gas boiler and central heating system and even replaced the shed roof and made a new back gate to improve security, when he noticed that they were past their best. Stewart was always helpful, polite and good humoured and worked in a really clean and tidy manner, which was much appreciated, as I was living in the house whilst the work was taking place. He had a great eye for detail, giving his work a very professional finish. He gave me advise on how and where to install a downstairs clockroom, which I hope to do in the future. Stewart made what could have been a really stressful experience a complete pleasure and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and also using their services again in the future.

Stuart @ AHA was able to fit us in at short notice, which was really helpful to our own client at a busy Dentist. Particularly on a weekend when we had a day closed to carry out a refurb. Stuart was prompt, professional and effective at his job pulling out showers, domestic appliances and reworking pipes and feeds so that we could deliver a great result and with minimal fuss. Wouldn’t hesitate to work with him and Aqua Heat again.

I can’t speak highly enough of the service and work I received from Stewart. I don’t usually leave reviews but had such a positive experience I felt I should. He was able to get the job the next morning, fixed the issue (leaking shower tray), check the electrics which had been leaked on and all for what I believe to be a fair price. Highly recommend, will certainly be using again.

My boiler plus other components needed replacing after 15 years. I used Aqua Heat as I knew the engineers to be both competent and reliable. The boiler is now fixed and quietly getting on with heating. I also had an issue with the connection to underfloor heating. I called Aqua Heat who quickly responded and resolved the issue for me. Great service and I feel assured my boiler is in good hands for the years to come.
