Please don't buy from this company.They have taken my money and I've not received my goods they were due nearly 3 weeks ago They say 3 to 5 days For delivery.I have emailed several times no reply I have used their wsap no reply.I have telephoned and it's an answer machine and they don't call back.Luckily I purchased on my credit card so I'm trying to get my money refunded.I hope they haven't conned others.

Just in the process of contacting my Credit card company now after receiving no email response from this company and now reading all the reviews that I've been scammed when purchasing a fan that I'm never going to receive.
It looks like this company has only been created recently and will probably disappear then reappear under a different scamming company name.

Scam website. How are they allowed to still be doing this? Thankfully got my money back via PayPal. Please avoid.

I got scammed a few years ago and vowed it would never happen again... Last Sunday on a particularly hot day i was not in my right mind and forgot all my golden rules regarding checking trustpilot before buying and ordered a fan from Aquagallon... Having got brain function back and checked out what i should of done in the first place i'm pretty certain i'm not going to get my fan any time soon. Rang my credit card company and already started chargeback proceedings. Fingers crossed. Needless to say always check Trustpilot if you don't know who you're buying from. Definitely stay away from this company.

Update - 1st sep - just received my £50 back after waiting the required 30 days to fill out the chargeback form with my credit card. so happy. If you paid on credit card then fill the form out online, its very easy.

How is this company allowed to get away with this?!!!! This is fraud! Asked to review my order when I have never received it!!! Do not order from this site.

Aquagillon chrome high velocity fan ordered on 25th July 26 but no delivery and no contact or replies to emails is this all a scam if so who shall we contact .They have asked for a review of item which has not been delivered .Gillian Choo yin

This company needs minus stars as like all the other reviews they have taken my money No delivery Promise of a refund No reply to any emails or Whatsapp contact.
Ordered air cooler unit 10 July 26 and still unable to get any information from them Have had to go to my credit card company for help.

I also got scammed by this bunch. Ordered two fans which never came. Cannot get hold of them and now reclaiming money via credit card. I feel stupid for not reading reviews before ordering.

Truly awful no goods turned up. No communication or tracking. Should have checked this service first. Having to recover money from credit card.

Scammed. Bought a tower fan, the product never arrived. I tried emailing and WhatsApping the companies' business account, with no response to any of my contact. I've had to dispute the payment with my bank.

None really i am old and ill and like many others been scammed by this company.Just been asked what I think of their product?? They know perfectly well it never arrived now emails get returned : unable to deliver " I have contacted by bank and asked for.refund but dont expect any Usually consult Trustpilot before ordering anything on line but needed fan urgently to cope with heat these people have just taken an advantage of this.Im disgusted by these people as it is a genuine company.

Scam company....no product...no refund...called Bank instead. This website needs taking down.

So not only are they stealing our money, they are also having a laugh at our expense.

This site is a scam do not use. No confirmation and no goods.

I placed an order for a tower fan which has never arrived!

Actually I would say minus 10 better score .

Unreliable .No intention of delivering. .
Taken money and pretending have made attempts at delivering when queried .As I have a Ring doorbell all caller's and deliveries are on camera.
Lied saying had delivered and item gone back to them
Asked therefore for money back as fan ordered supposed to be back in the depot and no answer

Email and phone contact non existent .

Bank now looking into this fraud to recover money taken by Aqua gallon

UPDATE: Keep everything Aquagallon send you, fake delivery photos, fake text messages saying you were happy with delivery. Send all these documents to your bank and your money should be refunded. This fake company needs a visit from the police! Absolute scum, scammed me of £85 and provided fake delivery documents to my ongoing dispute bank. My money has been refunded in full. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. BUYER BEWARE
