They advertised a special weekend event, but when I looked, it was the same banner as last week, just with a different color overlay. No new games or different content; it's just a lazy rebranding of the exact same promotion. It seems like they really don't care to put much effort into this.

The most recent update made the interface really confusing, because now I have to go through way more menus to find my favorite games as well as losing the quick access bar that used to be present. Everything has also become way more clogged, and the loading has also become worse. Play only on my phone during lunch breaks. Some of the buttons in the cashier section are really small and I miss-tap sometimes. Still manageable though, just have to be a bit more careful when tapping around.

The new version of the menu just doesn't work as well. Everything in the game categories used to be listed on the left side, and now it's in a dropdown that takes two clicks to see. I really don't understand the reasoning behind the change.

Using the mobile version of the site is basically impossible. It takes ages for pages to load, and a ton of the games don't even load. I mostly use my phone for browsing, so it really sucks that the desktop version is better.

Cashouts are pending for 48 hours and can be canceled at any time. I reversed my 310 withdrawal twice because I got sick of the wait and just wanted to keep playing. Cashout delays feel intentional. They lull you into canceling to take your money. I’d honestly rather have instant processing with lower limits.

It seems like the casino goes down every Friday and Saturday night, and gives me an error page saying that they're doing maintenance. Seems like a pretty convenient time to throw an outage and take our bets, and it happens every weekend so it can't be a coincidence.

I requested a cashout and it took 9 full days in bank . This wait is ttally unacceptadle compared to 2-3 days at other casinos .
