Great experience!
They do what they say they will do and they are always courteous and send me a text just before they come so the dog is indoors. They send me a text of what was done especially if I have a new hot spot or a different problem.

Service was quick but comprehensive (inside and outside. Tech was informative about how to address the "stink bug issue". He noted our continuing issue with the Stink Bugs and promised to follow up if we report issues about 30 days for the spray to take affect.

I was told the whole yard was going to…
I was told the whole yard was going to be treated and it’s only spot treated. Complete lie I’ll be canceling this service and go back to doing it myself.

Most (not all) of the gentleman who come to treat our yard let us know they are here and ask us about any problems we notice! That's very important to us and appreciated! They are also very professional and friendly! I like the E-mails ahead of time to let me know which day the guys will be out to work on the yard.

The pesticide that is being used for certain insects is not doing anything for the insects in my yard. And I am wasting my money on these products.

We are actively seeking ways to cancel
We are actively seeking ways to cancel. We have horrible Pest Control they never let us know when they’re coming and when they make their visits, we monitored our surveillance systems and they never show up. We’ve had brown widows all over the outside of our home which is dangerous and the inside of our home is neglected per our contract because they don’t announce when they’re coming leave a door knocker or anything and never even knock on the door. If they do come to let you know, they’re here to service you fully.
