I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Aptive. The technicians have all been extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They always text up to 30 mins. before they arrive and respond quickly to my texts back. The only minor issue I have is when the appointments are scheduled there is no time frame provided. I would like to know at least a time from 2-4 hours.

Hard working in terrible January weather.…
She came out in horrific weather to treat our house in January. I told her to go home, just skip this month. She said no. She treated outside and even came back to the door to say goodbye.

Inconsistency
We have asked numerous times for there to be a note put in our file about the technicians coming later in the day so someone can be home for indoor spraying. 80% of the time that do not come at those times which causes us to not be able to have the inside of our home sprayed and therefore we are not getting what we paid for. We have had some great technicians and then others that do not do a great job.
