Richard was fantastic and communicated things very well to me and answered questions. He addressed all of the needs that I brought up with him and I had a great experience.

This company cares about customer satisfaction!
This company really seems to care about their customers. When the guy came out to spray my yard, he listened to any details I had for him and immediately and thoroughly did what I asked. The 3 times they have come out so far, they've done a great job, and I have noticed a stark decline in bugs: specifically grasshoppers, wasps, and ants.
This is an effective 5-star service, if you ask me!
I've had other services in the past and did not have the same positive results.
I'm very pleased and feel like my money was well spent!

Wasp Control
I had Aptive come out to spray for Yellow Jacket bees that were inside our block wall and they also set some traps. The bees are now gone and have not come back. So glad to get them out of our yard!

I'm not seeing a huge difference after…
I'm not seeing a huge difference after treatments recently. I still see spiders and their webs on my patio furniture and the surroundings.

Very expensive
They are very expensive and charge you every month whether they preform a service or not a big rip off in my opinion
