All around bad experience
When they signed me up for the services they didn’t mention that you are in a contract and can’t cancel without a fee. They tried to add services without my consent and charge me for them. It took me 3 days to get through to someone and none of my voicemails had been returned. Trying to reschedule is a nightmare and half of the techs that performed the service asked me what I wanted them to focus on, then didn’t focus on those pests. I will not be renewing my contract with them and would not recommend them to anyone.

Kyle Otwell provided us with thorough service and a complete report, as he does each time he’s come to our house. In addition to Kyle’s excellent service, we like the fact that the same service person is assigned to our house each time, as it provides a nice continuity - especially when the service is very good.

The service is always great but feel they come more often than needed. Also paying the bill is difficult when I have received 3 different codes yet cannot get in to pay bill.

Eric does an excellent job
Eric does an excellent job. I have used Aptive at two different home locations & have never had an issue with insects getting in my house since I started using them. Never had an issue with my bill. I’ve had other people come by to change to their company & offer lower price but I will not change. I appreciate that they answer my questions & do such a great job!

The technician informed us when he arrived. This way, we got opportunity to explain to him about the issues we had. He addressed to all the requests regarding pest control.
The office was also very cooperative and are willing to listen to us.

Actives service has been awesome. They will keep you abreast of what they are seeing and help you take care of the problem. There technicians will take pictures of there service and application. All of the technicians we have had are very customer service oriented and are always willing to help.
