Probably the worst company I have ever…
Probably the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Firstly, their product is terrible. Still had bugs. Didnt do a thing. Worst part is they make it impossible to cancel. You have jump through a million hoops and send multiple emails. They are basically engaged in unlawful business practices.

The tech shows up when he says he will. He always takes great pictures of where he did the application. Plus we never have any bugs in the house since we started with Aptive Environmental.

We are happy with the basic pest service however we have never ever had the same technician twice since 2021. And to try to get a hold of customer service to reschedule an appointment is the most frustrating thing next to talking to Amazon customer support. It’s ridiculous
