Good ...but!

The service overall has been good but its never consistence unless I am here at the house to talk with the technician. Last time back of house and bait boxes were not done. Now the gate was locked this last but most times this is the case because I work and some of the technicians hop the fence. My garage is not being done all the time but its a garage so OK. I think the weather conditions should be taken into account when the technicians get here. I saw on my cameras one time it was pouring down rain and they went out and sprayed good for the technicians but does this really work for pest control? I really do not know where my Aptive technicians come from...Denver or Colorado Springs So I picked the Denver one below.

I hate that I get notified the day of…

I hate that I get notified the day of the appointment that Aptive is coming out. I need advance notice so that areas of concern can be addressed, gates to access the backyard can be unlocked, and the interior can be done. The past two visits I have responded to the driver's texts with I need them to return for interior treatment and I have got zero response. When I try to call Aptive they are always experiencing high call volume and it says someone will call me back, but I never get the call.

Good, Quality Pest Control.

We live further out from the city, still neighborhood, but larger lots and open space around. I don’t believe I’ve seen more than one bug in our house since using Aptive Pest Control. They do more than just spray around the base of your home. They provide photos of active work and where they added spray/powder/etc. they put out little traps, etc. we are very satisfied with them and they even ask/treat specific issues if you notice them.

Little help available to fight clothes moths

In spite of knowing that we requested help to address acloths moth problem the service representative did not have any moth specific sprays or traps to help erradicate the problem. Their advice on what we could do was nice but not the type of help we expected as part of fees we pay to Aptive.

Amazing techicians

We’ve had Don as our technician a couple of times and we love his attention to detail! He is so nice and courteous and goes above and beyond to try and remember what treatments we’ve had before and to do them again if needed.
