Aptive responded quickly to call for dead mouse removal. Jesse has come to my house several times to provide service. He is excellent. Courteous and very thorough in whatever service he is providing.

We absolutely love Aptive
We absolutely love Aptive! All of the technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative is customer service when you call in could be improved. There is always a long wait time and the representative who answers isn’t knowledgeable about pest control.

Best service we have had
Everything was great especially the communication between the technician and myself. We have tried many different pest control services and none measure up to Aptive. Lower pricing offered by others doesn’t equate to excellent service. Unless something changes in our service, we won’t ever change.

Great Service
I really trust Aptive. They always communicate well and we have seen few bugs since we began service. One time I noticed some issues and and promptly returned, re-treated, and addressed my concerns at no additional cost to me. Highly recommend.

I had just had my windows cleaned and…
I had just had my windows cleaned and now they are spotted due to the pesticide being sprayed on them instead of around them. This is totally unacceptable! This procedure has been done before and windows were fine then.

Aptive has been successful in keeping our home pest free. Had a problem with ants and this problem has be gone for several years, since Aptive has been treating our home.

Neighbor's yellowjacket nest
Keylan, the tech that treated my yard was fantastic. Not only did he treat my porch for yellowjackets, he took out the next that was under my neighbor's tree. It had been there all summer. They can be difficult people and they were not friendly but he handled it with grace. Awesome, awesome job! Thanks Keylan!!!

Jordan came out today and did a great job. We have had a wasp issue outside and so they have placed traps outside and that has helped tremendously. He also sprayed inside the garage and around outside. Glad to have the service.
