The technician arrived late

The technician arrived late, after we left the house and didn't stray much. We requested he stray certain areas, which he did not. We have cameras and could see what he was doing.

They didn’t show up

They didn’t show up! And though I have been paying for “Pro” services over last 9 months— they rarely come inside to spray where I deal with insects and pests—-$100 to only come and take less than 5 minutes to spray the outside? I would never use or recommend Aptive to anyone

Austin is an excellent technician and…

Austin is an excellent technician and has been very attentive to my concerns. Not to mention the pest control has been outstanding except for a few small ants they treated, we've never seen any other pests.

Save your money and aggrivation…

This company's service simply does not work. It's expensive, and they pressure you into signing a two-year contract. I would never recommend Aptive.

The Service Technicians are Fantastic

The techs. Alex is wonderful. He is professional, timely, and courteous. He always goes the extra mile to ensure a thorough inspection of the property is completed and all questions and concerns are answered. I'm always happy to see Alex come to our home.

No Love for the military

I was told by your sales men that because I’m in a military if I ever had to leave my home that I would not have to pay a cancellation fee fee because all I have to do is provide provide a copy of my orders to your organization.

I had the footage on my ring doorbell, but unfortunately, a year later I’m not able to pull up the guy actually saying that your company would honor military having to leave.

Yes, I can read a contract and it says that I would have to pay a cancellation fee, but I would not have signed up for your company being in the military, knowing that I can leave within six months to a year without some type of guarantee. Lesson learned on my end.

Fast-forward a year later, I sent an email requesting information on how to cancel my account and I got charged a cancellation fee before I was ready to cancel. So not only was I charged a cancellation fee. I also had to pay the monthly fee and I got no bug service so I was out almost 300+ dollars and when I call and talk to your rep, the only thing I got was attitude, and I will never use your product again and I will tell every single one of my military friends that are PCS seem to areas where you all have service to never use you.

On my previous visit

On my previous visit, I had asked for a mosquito be put outside in a tree in our backyard near the lake. The guy who came said that it was too early for mosquitos and didn’t put one up. I told him that I had already seen some on my deck. So when he came this time, I asked again for the mosquitos thing. He said they were changing this product and some sprayers had these but he didn't have any. So my business isn’t important????? He said he would spray around the outside of the house. The next time I looked outside, he was gone.
Service men need to have a sheet that they will out with arrival time and time he is leaving and jobs he actually did and hand each homeowner a copy of the sheet. He was supposed to call me when he was to come to my house, but he didn’t.

Run The Other Way

This is by far the worst exterminating company we have ever had. From the very beginning it was based on lies. I am sorry to say that we feel as if we were hit by scammers trying to get out of a contact that we weren’t shown- only by word of mouth. They begin by saying your first month is at a reduced rate just for signing up for a year. If you cancel early there is a hefty fee. When you think the year is finally up they say you still owe another month, so you actually pay 13 months. They don’t fulfill their end of what is voiced by word of mouth. I tried to access the actual contract online and was unsuccessful. It was very hard to get in touch with someone in authority. I ended up writing a letter and mailing to an address I found online. It was a horrible year. I was with Orkin for for approximately 14 years and didn’t pay half of what I gave ten and acquired much better service. The service started on April 30, 2024. We made 12 consecutive payments till April, 2025 and another deduction took place on May 2, 2025 which made 13 payments. That was not in our verbal agreement. We weren't even told about a contract until we tried to end our year and was told if we cancel early we have to pay extra fees. We have been told that this will be the final deduction. Praise God. You were told throughout the year that we were not satisfied but did not care, so reconciliation will not happen now. You had a year to make good your word. God knows the truth about this whole situation.

Bey announced h

Bey announced her arrival well ahead, spoke with me in detail about the treatment and my expectations, performed duties, and checked with me upon leaving. I do not know definitively what the previous technician did or didn't do, but 14 photos taken to indicate job was done. But I don't believe it !
