The material feels nice and the design is cute, but it ran a bit bigger than I expected so I had to exchange it for a smaller size.

They shirts they send you are no where near the quality shown online. I got a “sweatshirt” that is really a long sleeve tshirt. Very poor quality and high priced. Ships from China.

Took forever to get the sweatshirt. It is of horrible quality. I tried to return it and they want to charge for shipping back to China when it was sent from California. I have not washed it yet but a lot of reviews that I am seeing now say it shrinks a lot. Would never buy from them again and wish I had done more research.

Appallingly poor quality. Goods come from China. There is no customer service, just a horribly rude response basically telling you that it'll cost you too much to return it for refund. Be warned!

I ordered a shirt and got a message saying it was delivered a week later no shirt I have messaged them 3 times with no reponses.

I ordered t-shirts from this company, and the same what everyone else posted. The items were supposedly sent back due to a "duplicate address". I've been emailing them from a refund or to resend the items. They send back a invalid tracking number. The phone number they sent me to call about the items, the customer service representatives do not have the items. The company is fraudulent.

This is a horrible company. Do NOT purchase anything from them. Material is horrible, custom writing on hoodie was not correct and then they refused a return. Total waste of money-do not get sucked in!

My Oder got shipped back. I had the right address but no clue what happened. When I contacted them about the mix up . They told me to pick it up in person. So they have my money and I have no shirt.

DO NOT BUY - HORRIFIC BUSINESS PRACTICES

They lure you in with good multiple items discounts and say you can make returns. However, two weeks later when your items finally arrive on the slow boat from China and you find out it's subpar material, sizing, and craftsmanship, they won't stand behind their products. Now I'm stuck with these 7 T-Shirts that no one will ever wear and held hostage by return shipping costs and fees that will be higher than what you paid for it. ABSOLUTE JUNK - STAY AWAY

The shirt that arrived was not the shirt I purchased. What was in the picture was not what arrived. They did not honor their return policy. This is a terrible company.

They stole the picture of the shirt from another company and sent a cheap knockoff. When brought to their attention, they said there was no difference in the two shirts.

Our experience was exactly like the other one star reviews here. We ordered 4 tshirts. Nowhere in the website does it indicate this is a Chinese company and that the items are being shipped from China. But these items are indeed shipped from China. The appliqués are a thick rubber, not attractive. Shirt looks cheap. When I inquired about how to return them I got the same response as others, that the return shipping and customs would be on us and expensive and that I “should just keep the product”. I wish I had done my research before ordering and will never order from this company again.

I ordered seven t-shirts from this company and, despite using the size guide they provided, the shirts were all comically huge. Additionally, one of them came with a large hole in the side. When I contacted their customer service (they only have email), including a picture of the hole in the shirt, the response was:
"Hello, we are also sorry that you purchased the wrong size. If you want to change the size, you will need to bear the cost of returning or exchanging the product. The transportation cost is relatively high and very uneconomical. I suggest you reorder the size you need. This is more time-saving and cost-effective I wish you a very happy future" I responded letting them know that they would still have to ship me out a replacement shirt for the one with a huge hole in it anyway so why not do an exchange? They stopped responding until I sent a follow up email asking about it. Here is what I received: "Hello, we deeply apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience you had. You received a piece of clothing that was damaged, and we are also very sorry. We have applied for a 5% compensation for you. May we ask if you can accept and keep the damaged clothing? The damaged clothing can be sewn together. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a happy life." Their response was to offer 5% discount on future orders and to ask me to sew the defective shirt. They were completely unwilling to refund or exchange the order. I will NOT be purchasing from them again.

Worst customer service. In fact no customer service. Took almost 2 months to arrive and it was wrong order. Didn't try to apologize or correct. Avoid at all costs! Worst company ever.

Do not use this company! My husband ordered me two sweatshirts for my birthday, they were way too big. I went to exchange them and they responded “If you want to change the size, you will need to bear the cost of returning or exchanging the product. The transportation cost is relatively high, which is very uneconomical. I suggest you reorder the size you need. This is more time-saving and cost-effective .”
So basically they charge you as much or more of the sweatshirt to force you into buying more instead of replacing them. Returning is even worse. The quality is cheap and hugely oversized. I told them I would donate the sweatshirts, rather than give them another dime. An absolute disgrace. Save your money and stay away!

Less than one star……Website is trash. Clothing is cheap sizing is wrong and customer service well let’s say it’s less than helpful

My husband ordered 3 hoodies for me and they’re perfect! Not that thick fuzzy sweatshirt material but a thinner cotton and I love them!! Quick shipping too!

1.) Website has American (US) Flag emblems at the bottom of its website pages but fulfillment is in China and shipping is from Xiamen airport in China's Fujian Provence.
2.) RIDICULOUS 3-day return policy: "If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 3 days of receiving the product for a *partial* refund of the product cost."
3.) Super cheap, thin, substandard material. I bought a $60 printed hoodie on sale for $38, plus postage for a total of $46.90. Total and complete rip-off. I bought this as a gift and would be embarrassed to give it to anyone!
4.) Plusses of this company: They acknowledged my order quickly via email. They mailed my order from China 4 days after receiving it and provided tracking via email.
5.) It took nearly 2 weeks to get the product after I ordered it and it took 6 days to clear customs from when it left China.

I bought this off Instagram and am quickly becoming distrustful of any Instagram ads. I've had a couple of bad experiences now and it doesn't appear that Instagram is vetting their advertisers at all. I should have researched this company before ordering. I have since Googled "A Proud Tee Complaints" and found a plethora of bad reviews.

I will not buy from this company again.
