In the past few days, I received my parcel through the United States Postal Service, straight to my mailbox. I was so glad to receive the dress, it fits perfectly, and I am excited to wear it! I contacted my credit card to let them know to allow the purchase to go forward. Thank you for great follow-up service, and I hope to order from Apricot again, as the dress is of good quality. I hope to have a seamless delivery in future.

My first order wasn't shipped
My first order wasn't shipped, and I didn't know the order Failed for some reason. My card was charged, and I had to request a refund.
I ordered the same dress again. It was supposed to arrive Aug 8-10. It is Aug 16 today.

211 kr for retur.
Jeg købte en kjole hos dem, som jeg desværre ikke kunne passe. Jeg ville derfor sende den retur, men de har ikke returlabel i pakken eller er behjælpelige med dette. Jeg skrev til kundeservice, da jeg kan se den skal retur til Tyskland. Men de sendte to links til engelsk fragtfirmaer. Og hvis jeg selv skal arrangere fragt koster det 211 kr at sende retur med PostNord. Kan virkelig ikke anbefale at handle hos dem.

I was really surprised and excited when…
I was really surprised and excited when I heard that my package was earlier delievered then estimated. So really fast Delivery.
The quality is as good as always by Apricot.
Finally I can add that one dress that I wanted in autumn 2024 to my closet.
