The shaker was a free gift which is very nice, keeps my shake cool. The protein was recommended to me which I find has a really nice taste. Only been using for a short while but happy with it so far.

It was a free gift so that’s a bonus to start. Despite that the shaker is of excellent quality and I like the fact that the shaker comes as one unit without separate mixing spring ball
