Single dose has no effect. Have to take double to be of any use.

Honestly, this sleep product has been a game changer. I’ve been using it as part of my night routine and I can really feel the difference. I feel more relaxed before bed, I fall asleep easier, and I wake up feeling more refreshed instead of tired and heavy. Perfect for anyone who struggles to switch off after a busy day or hard training session. Definitely something I’ll keep using.

I tried this product, and honestly its effect was mild. It didn’t help me sleep, and I also woke up the next day feeling sluggish because of this supplement.

I've been waiting for this type of product to be produce, so glad Allied Nutrition have. It tastes good, has the ingredients i was looking for. Have used it for a few nights and have slept better than I expected, especially in this heat too. Definitely going to continue using this, and will try the different flavours as bought the Berries first of all.
