I was literally robbed by USA appliances. Authorized a service under the presumption that the service fee ($130) would be deducted from the total amount. Called them back 2 minutes after authorized the service to say that I changed my mind. It took them 11 days to respond me and refund the money. They charged me a 25% restocking fee (unlawful). I got emails and pictures to prove. Scammers!! Get away from these guys!!! Thieves!!!

The repair of my Speed Queen Dryer's heating element was great. The repairman came out quickly, was very professional, and went the extra step of cleaning all the parts of the dryer once it was disassembled. The dryer drum needed to be removed and reinserted in order for the heating element to be replaced. I was very pleased with the service. Two months later, the felt seal on the front of the drum became loose and started to hang down inside the dryer door. I called to ask if the company could reinsert the seal in that small section. The company said since it was after 30 days, they would charge me the full $109 service fee just to come out and look at it. The felt seal took more than 30 days of the drum rotating during use for it to come loose and appear after the drum was reinserted. The person who answered the phone wouldn't listen to the problem and kept telling me it was after 30 days. I don't want to work with a company that doesn't listen to the customer's situation and realize some repairs may have a minor issue after 30 days. If I have to start all over with a diagnostic fee, I'll use someone else.

Gabriel was fantastic. He came, diagnosed the problem and set to repair our noisy dryer. Showed us the wear. He had it repaired quickly. No more noise! Will definitely call again for any other appliance.

Completed the job in a timely manner friendly and knowledgeable very pleased with the job done. His name was Rafael. We will definitely use this Company again, and pass it on as well.

Rafael did a very good job. He was here on time. I was even able to track him as he was en route to my house.He explained to me how to use my washing machine correctly. he was very friendly and left everything clean. he did not pressure me into purchasing unnecessary parts or services. He was very knowledgeable about the product and how to use it. He also explained to me why one of my other appliances was not working. If I need any future work done on any of my appliances, I will definitely request Rafael.

I made an appt on 12/15/25 for my refrigerator to be looked at & it was determined the compressor went out. I paid $900 and they came 2 days later to replace it. They did not call/text to keep me updated on eta. When I called 30 min before the window expired they told me to wait one more hour and they will be there. After compressor was replaced it kept making a loud chirping sound & I called them back to take a look 1/6/26 from 11a-2p. They ran late again & again I had to call for an ETA. They fixed the sound, a piece was laying up against something causing the sound. 2/21/26 freezer no longer cooling and intermittent fridge temp. Made another appt for 2/24 from 11-3p asking them to please call/text for ETA and explained to please call if running late. Called them at 2:32p and he said I’ll call you back. At 3:14p they called back and said sorry tech can’t come. Made another appt for 2/25 from 10-2. Total no show and no call/text. Extremely poor service. No pics of job before/after. No update on service just a receipt w what I paid. Do not use this company. I trusted the reviews and that’s why I chose this company. So I’m out $900 2 months after service w a fridge that still does not work and no tech in sight.
Update: this service was with a 6 month warranty. I’m guessing since the fridge is not working, they didn’t want to come out for free or have to replace the part again. Still no one has contacted me in any way since 2/23.
