Luckily for me, Rob was in the area when I messaged him about my broken oven door. He arrived within 20mins. The new hinge was difficult to fit but Rob remained calm and patient as he deftly manipulated the hinge into its locked position and re-fitted it. Robs a great guy and very professional. He’s saved my purse from having to get a new oven…again? Thanks Rob

Our washing machine started to make a rattling noise, Muj called to arrange a call out, he came on time, diagnosed the issues, ordered the part required, in this case a new pump was required. Next day early in the morning he came, fitted the pump in minutes and the washing machine was working back to normal again.

Great service and communication. Repair was carried out without the need for parts.
Engineer was very knowledgeable on the product so was able to resolve issue quickly.

Rob was professional, knowledgeable and polite.
He managed to diagnose our issue almost immediately and even suggested we purchase the replacement parts and replace ourselves as it's really easy. That saved us money!

Tumble dryer stopped spinning, Muj came out the next day and had it sorted within half an hour. Luckily he even had a spare part which usually would’ve had to have been ordered. Explained and demonstrated the issue very clearly and professionally. Would recommend to anyone.
