Was following the bus number plate was YX18 LJN, was undertaking other vehicles on motorway swerving around and I wouldn’t not feel safe if I was on that bus

We booked a coach for Cheltenham races last Saturday, Our driver was the best.
We have always had great service but this time he really went above and beyond for us.
We even asked him to join us! Which obviously he declined.
I’m pretty sure his name was Keith?
Will absolutely ask for him next time! Well done apple 👍

We used Apple Travel to transport us on a return journey between Heathrow Airport and Windsor and then to a social event in between.

Despite an 8 hour delay on the incoming flight Apple Travel where at Heathrow on time for our arrival. Apple Travel were proactive in following our updated flight details.

Their buses are modern and clean. The drivers were professional, friendly and courteous.

They took the strain out of a potentially stressful situation.

A first class punctual service. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Apple Trsvel again and recommending them to others.

I used this company on 4 occasions in the last two years and every interaction was a pleasure. From the friendly, helpful and competent answering of a call, to the quick and efficient email correspondence, invoices, to the pleasant and professional drivers, every step was easy and without hassles. We booked the bus to return a party group from central London back home to avoid the inevitable late or cancelled trains! The administrative process was swift and straightforward. The bus turned up in plenty of time, it was clean, tidy and comfortable. The driver was polite and very accommodating as we had a number of stops on the return trip.

I booked a coach to take my choir to a festival. From the initial contact, the whole process was quick and simple with helpful staff and good communication-thank you Chris and Kelly.
On the day, our coach arrived in plenty of time for us to board and our driver, Ronnie, was cheerful, super-helpful and a careful and considerate driver (I’ve experienced some coach journeys that have been more like white knuckle rides!).

Coach driver was extremely willing to leave passengers at a service station. Almost enjoyed wanting to leave people behind. When told that we were waiting for people, he continued to maneuver the coach out of the parking space while passengers had to stand in front of the vehicle to try to get back on.
Awful service. Awful people. I will always avoid this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

I booked Apple Travel for a school trip of a120 pupils. The booking process was straightforward and the bus drivers themselves were both friendly, communicative and timings of the day were brilliant.

Apple coaches have been our provider for a few years now. They are competitively priced and flexible - which is very important for a football club and its supporters.

The drivers are very accommodating and Admin staff very helpful.

We hired 4 coaches and drivers for a rugby tour of 230 kids and parents. Sue, Neil, Ian and Ash were so accommodating. Good drivers great service and comfy vehicles, and a fair price.

Apple Travel provide the school bus service from Maidenhead to my child's secondary school. I have found them to be very helpful, quick to respond to queries and give clear and prompt notices and information. The coaches are comfortable and reliable. All in all, Apple Travel helped make the process of transition to secondary school a lot easier for us.

Booked Apple for a work trip over 4 days, they were great.
