I own an iMac, MacBook Pro, iPhone SE and Apple Watch. I worked for 10 years maintaining, building and repairing computers, PC and Mac. Today, as an arts professional, I wouldn't use anything else. There products are top class, hardware and software, and they look after their products if they happen to fail. For Graphics, Photography, Music and Film, you can't go past an Apple product. They are not cheap, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for.

Where are negative stars?
Apparently the phone support isn’t aware of the in-store service policies…!!! The phone support sent me to the store for fixing the issues with my Beats Fit Pro but the technician without even looking at them said that,”we don’t fix them here & will need to send them to the service centre”. When I asked him that why did the call centre not tell me that, he replied that they are independent of us and may not be aware of this. His attitude was very cocky while he did that. He was like this is our policy, take it or leave it. What a waste of time.

Apple may be one of the largest companies out there but should remember that it’s customers like us who make it that large. I guess it’s time to return to Windows & Android.

Customer service for me is always good. Im not tech savvy & the service I always get is perfect. I always recommend to my friends to go to Apple Store for help!

Recently noticed numerous "in app perchases" on my Apple account located in transaction history from two months in 2013 for AUD$1189.60. Numerous calls to Apple support (Australia) whom were very sympathetic but they were quick to handball back to my bank ANZ and then to the app developer (in Europe) who when contacted and supplied with transaction receipts handballed back to Apple & then my bank...! Its a huge loss for me and reinstated my lack of trust in any transaction when no one will even put their hand up & claim responsibility let alone negotiate any remuneration whatsoever! I deserve better and you most certainly do! BE VERY CAREFULL....APPLE WILL ONLY REFUND UP TO 60 DAYS NO MATTER WHAT!!

I fell in love with Apple after purchasing my iPhone SE (2020). I quickly upgraded to the 11 Pro Max and then the 12 Mini. Since then, I've bought AirPods, AirPod Pros, a sixth-generation Apple Watch, an iPad Pro 11 2020, an Apple Pencil, and I'm eagerly awaiting my first Mac, a 13-inch model "The 16GB unified RAM MacBook Pro M1 will be here tomorrow! Future purchases include the Airpod Max, an iMac, and an upgrade to the M1 iPad Pro 12.9 "conceivably the following-generation iPad Mini for travel; iPhone 13 Pro Max (tough I may wait for the next gen).

It's a great product but the cost is on higher end

I just bought new Iphone 14 Pro, since I was using until now Iphone 11 , there is a difference in design and I really liked, I only hope that battery will be much better then on 11

Our multiple iPhone and iPads over many years just work! Yes, some occasional annoying features, but most of the time the products function consistently and faultlessly. When we have had issues, the service agents have exceeded the contractual agreements and gone above and beyond what they are required to do. Recently, issues with an ancient iPad were diligently investigated in store and resolved.
Apple products are not cheap, but they are good quality and work!

It's the only store where you have to make an appointment to get their faulty stuff fixed! Annoying!!!

I’ve been using my Ipad Air for 7 years already. Never had an issue and I’m glad that I grew up with it hahaha but as the apple gadgets upgrade, my ipad needs to be updated as well. And sometimes the software update is not compatible with mine’s, so it slows down my ipad from time to time.

My iPhone13 is an absolute marvel, I was using my old iPhone for the longest time & decided it was time for a change. Super glad I don’t regret it.

My new iPhone13 is everything and more. I’m really enjoying the new iOS as well as the camera quality.

Bought HomePod minis from Apple.com to use with my Mac Mini as internal speaker is weak. Don't believe the advertising.It is misleading. They claim it works with all Apple devices, sure. But doesn't work with all forms of audio on the Mac. It only works with applications that also have Air Play. So things like system beeps only go through the internal speaker. This is not made clear to the buyer.

I downgrade to 1 star as also the return process has been difficult. My reference number is 3294941379. I don't have the materials needed to re-package the outer brown cardboard boxes. And it's a long walk to the closest drop off point -- which might not even be open as most local shops are closed due to covid. Don't want to take the train also due to covid. Chatted with Mary Anne at Apple but after 20 mins she gives up and passes the buck.

I've used Apple products since 1982. This is the first time I've had to return anything or felt mislead by their advertising. I'm really in shock that their product is so limited. Even our Amazon dot works for all audio types with the Mac. Wow. Just wow.

Adding to the return experience. It is a few days later. I bought some tape, taped it and took it to the local store that Apple's locator sends you to as they are supposed to be able to use the reference number and mail it for you. No, that store doesn't do that service. So the locator function is also telling false information.
I decided to book an appointment at the Apple Store (in Miranda). Had to buy train tickets and hope I avoid omicron along that path. Finally they are able to refund the money.

It is a lot of hassle. The return process is broken and it is even more problematic in covid. The advertising is misleading which is the root cause.

Also disappointed that Apple doesn't allow for product reviews on their own web site. I suspect there will be lots of customers caught out by the narrow use of these expensive speakers.

The best OS there is!

I've been an apple user for about 8 years and i've never had an issue with them, from their Iphone 5 series till date they've produced exceptional mobile devices... Highly recommend

I’ve never had a bad experience with Apple, been using my iPhone X for the past one year, I just got my my IPhone 13 and I must say I’m impressed with the new modifications and all.
Use Apple and Stay Happy!

Switching from the MacBook Pro to the MacBook Air was one of the best decisions I made. It’s a whole lot compatible and easier to use, it probably because I don’t have intense work to carry out there. Still it’s a 5 star for me & I would definitely recommend

I purchased a Apple watch 6 in June 2021, cost $543.
I don't recall knocking the watch but now my face has multiple cracks over it. Cost to repair, through Apple, $475. I know a couple of friends who have cracks and when I told them the cost to repair they were shocked. My point of this review is to warn you of the repair cost. The watch itself is great if you can put up with a battery that has to be charged every day.
