… Disappointing Experience with Appfollow: A Warning
My experience with Appfollow was thoroughly disappointing, to say the least. The company employs the despicable tactic of bombarding people with text messages from individuals across the globe, notably from Israel, enticing them with promises of earning extra money. When I dared to inquire whether any investment was required, they assured me that no financial commitment was necessary. However, upon attempting to navigate their tutorial, it became apparent that they were merely trying to stroke our egos, portraying us as exceptionally talented individuals deserving of a bonus, only to hit us with a demand for payment to proceed further into our accounts. It's all a sham. Naturally, I refused to part with any money. Companies like these should be outlawed. I have saved all the conversation .
I have sent an email to Appfollow and they did not answer.

I like it
I like it, we use appfollow to monitor our apps reviews and to get an overview. As a marketer i like tools that save time for me (slack integration). The pricing however is quite high to be honest

Don't let you cancel online
They lie on their website saying you can cancel online
But this isn't true at all. They force you to get in contact with their sales team via email with absolute zero options to cancel online.
Absolute terrible shady tactics to retain you through dark patterns rather than merit.

69 EUR per month for a castrated keyword optimization tool. Keyword difficulty? Pay extra. Auto-translate keywords? Pay extra. See an overall development of your keywords? Pay extra.
3.000 keywords included in the basic paid plan, but that just does not offset the lack of included features.
P.S. The review posted by Anatoly Sharifulin below is "fake". He's the CEO and Founder of Appfollow - something he should have disclosed!

Best ASO website with the Best customer support
Their support is super fast, and they dig right into the problem, and the resolve is even faster, their service is super amazing and accurate on higher scales, i've been working with that website and it gave me free traffic, i would say that this website is truly the best ASO website that has ever existed and still carries on, cheers to the amazing Appfollow Team!
