Unprofessional and disrespectful to users' time – Avoid at all costs!

UPDATE (Feb 24, 2026): After contacting support, I was told by a supervisor named Sandra that they won't honor the promotional rate because it 'expired,' despite no such information being available when I started the task. They are shifting the blame to third-party providers. This is a classic 'bait and switch' tactic. I am still waiting for my missing rewards. Do not trust their 'final resolutions'—they just want you to go away.
UPDATE (Feb 24, 2026):
The situation has escalated. Instead of providing the Transaction ID and Offer Wall name (which I am legally entitled to under GDPR Article 15), HeyCash has started blocking my access. I am now receiving constant 502 Bad Gateway and 403 Forbidden errors when trying to view my history or load surveys.
Support agents Fallon and Sandra continue to send identical automated scripts and have started closing my tickets without any resolution. This is a clear case of withholding user data and 'Bait and Switch' tactics (changing reward rates after task completion). I have officially reported this app to the Apple App Store Fraud & Scam department with full screenshot evidence of their automated loops and technical blockages. Avoid this app—they will block you the moment you ask for your earned money
