Non è possibile lavorare in maniera fluida, la pagina va sempre in blocco e l'assistente ti rimanda a due ore più tardi per verificare se è stato ripristinato il sistema che ovviamente non si ripristina mentre continua invece a chiedere soldi per avere crediti che non è possibile vedere per renderti conto di quanto si stia consumando per poi vederti scritto nella chat che hai consumato quasi tutto il credito e per cui è necessario procedere con il top up, alla fine ho perso soldi e tempo ...lasciate perdere

My experience with Emergent has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased credits because the checkout page led me to believe I would receive **150 ECU**. After completing the payment, only **100 ECU** were credited to my account.

When I contacted support, they simply stated that the Standard plan includes 100 ECU and asked me for a screenshot of the checkout page. Like most customers, I did not take a screenshot during a normal purchase because I trusted that the information displayed before payment would be honored afterward.

I requested that they verify their own checkout logs, pricing configuration, or promotional records to determine exactly what was shown to my account at the time of purchase. Instead of conducting a meaningful investigation, they repeatedly referred me to their current pricing page and placed the entire burden of proof on me.

Another major concern is how quickly credits are consumed. In my experience, the initial 100 credits lasted reasonably well, but after purchasing additional credits, the consumption increased dramatically. Even making a very small change—such as modifying a single field name or a simple prompt—could consume a surprisingly large number of credits. This made the platform feel unpredictable and poor value for money.

Overall, my experience has left me feeling that the pricing and credit system lacks transparency. The combination of the checkout discrepancy, the refusal to investigate without a customer screenshot, and the rapid credit consumption gives the impression of a business model that prioritizes maximizing credit usage over providing a fair and transparent customer experience.

I hope the company improves its billing transparency, investigates customer complaints using its own records, and makes credit consumption more predictable and understandable for users.

Avoid at all cost, They said they are best, spent £50 on website building, no functionality were clearly done. credits being used for no reason.. from 2150 credits to 10 credits in a day.. and the website is not even 20% done.. AVOID IT ALL COST!!!

Just thought I'd try this app to see what it was like. I had some free credits on startup which I used to create an app. The credit ran out fast so I decided to upgrade to amonthly plan.

The offer here was $1 for the first month and then $20 going forward. Sounds good right? At least $1 for the first month was reasonable so I paid. But low and behold I was charged $15.

I tried to look on the website for a Contact Us link to their customer service. But that doesn't exist. I'm not sure why they collected $15 for a $1 subscription. But if this is how they do business, I'm not sure they're being transparent enough.

EVIDENCE OF SYSTEMATIC FAILURE
1. Same Bug Fixed 233+ Times
The Google login feature was charged for fixing on at least 233 separate occasions. Each time an agent claimed it was "fixed," the bug returned in the next session. User quotes documented in system:

Emergent's "forking" system creates new sessions that:
* Lose all previous context
* Disconnect from databases
* Break working features
* Require user to pay again to fix
* Not saving any major pipeline edits despite confirming this was completed

3. Quality Deliberately Sabotaged
an Emergent agent continuously and deliberately reduced the quality of AI-generated reports, deleted essential code that was necessary for the code to work, made its own assumptions for changes and made those changes all without consent:
* Context reduced by 49-65%
* AI model downgraded from GPT-4o to GPT-4o-mini
* User paying $1200-$1500 for inferior product

QUALITY SABOTAGE - DELIBERATE DEGRADATION

Took me since 8th of March 2026 till this week 5 July 2026 from complaining directly to Emergent just to be ignored and told was escalating the matter to being told strictly no refund policy, to taking this up with my bank and then escalating this to the AFCA to have them investigate as this was serious misleading conduct.

UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW OUR RIGHTS ARE:-

**Under ACL, entitled to a FULL REFUND because:**

- Services were NOT delivered as promised
- Services were NOT fit for purpose
- Services were NOT delivered with due care and skill
- 8928+ attempts over 90+ days = systematic failure

**Sections Violated:**
- Section 60 - Guarantee as to fitness for purpose
- Section 61 - Guarantee as to due care and skill
- Section 62 - Right to refund for major failure

I was charged after renewal despite not meaningfully using the service. I only interacted with the platform to understand how to request a refund, and this was counted as a “build run” resulting in credit usage. Support confirmed 0.53 credits were consumed, but still refused a refund.

Even though I had unused free credits and plan credits available, the charge was considered final usage. I found this classification misleading and not user-friendly.

Overall, the billing interpretation feels unclear and not transparent enough for users testing the platform.

This is important for people to read and understand what a SCAM company Emergent is and is misleading and has way below average AI tools.
I used this AI tool to make my App for Chefs and Sommeliers and it was very disappointing, be it the logo or the setup or the design or the content or the pictures and was going around in circles to fix the payment processing which was not my priority but was doing it and eating away all my money in doing so and not offering any proper services.
I was done with the POOR job this AI was struggling with!
I took the crappy site and had to submit it anyways as I was running late for copywriting the concept!

Now, looking to start all over again with a good company and launch the App.

They have SHADY numbers and SHADY people and you cannot reach them for any help or questions on those numbers about unauthorized charges on the credit card but Citi card helped me out!
(And this is in California!)

I am very disappointed with the way my affiliate payment issue has been handled.

I joined Emergent's affiliate program before it was migrated to PartnerStack, when it was still managed through Rewardful. I earned commissions through the program and still have an unpaid balance visible in my Rewardful dashboard.

After the migration, I was informed by the support team that the remaining commissions from the Rewardful program would be honored and paid as a final payout. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the payment remains unresolved.

Now I am being told that Emergent only uses PartnerStack and Wise, which does not address the commissions that were earned before the migration. I have provided screenshots and previous communication regarding this matter, yet I still have not received a clear resolution or payout date.

I am simply asking the company to honor the commitment that was previously made and process the outstanding affiliate commissions that were earned legitimately.

I hope this issue can be reviewed and resolved fairly.
