I had a very disappointing experience with Apna's paid recruitment service. We purchased a one-year subscription worth ₹17,000, but within just one month our services were blocked based on an allegation that we were asking candidates for money.

This allegation is completely false. We have never charged any candidate or engaged in such practices. Despite explaining our position, our services remained blocked without any proper investigation or credible evidence being shared with us.

For a company providing paid business services, I expected a fair verification process and an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking such a drastic action. Blocking a paid account without transparent communication has caused unnecessary disruption to our hiring process.

I hope Apna improves its customer support, conducts proper investigations before taking action, and treats paying customers more fairly and professionally.

We subscribed to a paid hiring package from Apna.com worth ₹6,000 + GST for a 3-month duration, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and resulted in a complete waste of both money and valuable business time.

Despite the promises made during the sales process, we received no meaningful hiring results. The leads provided were largely irrelevant, low quality, and did not convert into genuine candidates. The platform’s promotional claims and assurances given before payment did not match the actual service experience.

One of the biggest concerns was the lack of proper customer support after onboarding. Once the payment was completed, the sales representative became completely unresponsive over calls, messages, and emails. Support tickets also failed to provide any practical resolution. Most responses appeared automated or delayed, and the support process only consumed more time without solving the actual issues.

We repeatedly requested assistance and eventually asked for a refund due to the poor service quality. Initially, we were informed that there was no refund policy. After continuous follow-ups over chats and support channels, we were later assured that a refund would be processed soon. However, even after nearly the entire package duration had passed, no refund was received, and we continued to receive the same repetitive responses without any resolution.

Overall, our experience with Apna.com as an employer was highly unsatisfactory. The platform significantly overpromised and underdelivered in terms of lead quality, customer support, and accountability.

We strongly recommend that businesses carefully evaluate the service before purchasing any paid hiring package. Our experience resulted in financial loss, wasted resources, and unnecessary stress.

I took a paid package of ₹12,000 from Apna, and it has been a complete waste of money. Despite paying a premium amount, there were absolutely no results.

The leads provided were irrelevant, low quality, and did not convert at all. Promises made at the time of sale were not delivered, and post-payment support was slow and unhelpful.

This platform clearly overpromises and underdelivers. I strongly do not recommend Apna to any business owner who is serious about hiring or getting results. Very disappointing experience.

SPECIALLY THEIR SALES PERSON MANOJ PRAJAPATI FROM DELHI BRANCH GIVES A FAKE PROMISES UNTIL THE PAYMENT IS DONE AND THEIR AFTER NO RESPONSE FROM HIS TEAM

Cheaters and scammers...the salesperson missold a 3months package for database of tempo drivers in Andheri East area.. database is obsolete and irrelevant..they are not ready to refund my money even partially...worst experience...usurping people s hard earned money
