Yes, It is a scam. I paid Rs.3066/-got no response. Only 11 response, unmatched profiles. Posted for accountant, received profile from mechanic.
Please don't get cheated by this app. Just sharing so that it might be helpful for others.

worst . its a scam for sur e. i just got scammed , they keep calling you for buying thier plans . n then they disappear . I always check trust pilot for reviews but this time i didnt check n got scammed . i just got lucky that i paid ony 650

This is Big SCAM.... Don't Trust and Not Paid any amount. I Purchase plan of monthly subscription and paid 2537 rs. After payment they demad for company registration proofs for verification. I have no proof as i have a private office so they denied for active account and not refund my money and not receiving calls.

My experience with their service has been pathetic. I would not recommend anyone to use it.

Their representative, Ms. Anupma Jhangra, made false commitments over the phone. After that, she stopped answering my calls and has not responded to my messages.

She sold me a 3-month plan that included one free job posting and 3 months of database access. However, my entire plan was deactivated after just one month.

Despite repeated attempts to contact her for clarification, she has neither answered my calls nor replied to my messages. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Very bad service. The customer executive (Mukesh)behaviour is pathetic. After getting paid they don't even pick up the calls or assist the clients. The platform serves very worst services and the customer executives are not nice to their clients. I will choose job hai over this pathetic apna.co and their services. Not even wanted to give even 1 star.

We have taken a 3 months subscription form apna job portal for blue collar hiring on April 26. It’s a total waste of money and time for my team. There are lots of candidates which are duplicate and active but not interested and not applied. Not a single closing we have got from apna job portal is totally fake and fraud portal, don’t waste money and time of team. When I reach the key account manager he is giving the excuse that your client is offering less salary that’s closing not happening. If you search your resume from the database you will get other resumes which are not relevant to job description. So please don’t waste your money to use this portal for business.

Hello employers over here who are looking to post your jobs on Apna Hire. I would like to tell you all that. This is a scam. They are our your money and when we supposes to post jobs they creates unwanted clause and then say sorry u can't post this and that. This terms and conditions. Bla bla. And when I asked for refund they are just fooling. From last more than month. Not refunded my money yet. All the time only checking checking. no return. So I request U all to please don't waste your time and money on this App. It's all fraud .

Very unethical platform, took the money for job post... after that they did not post the job... when asked they say they have not refunded amount... its very unethical and deceiving platform.. kindly do not waste your money

Very disappointing experience with Apna Portal. After purchasing a company subscription and giving them business, my account was suddenly blocked just because they received one complaint from a job seeker — without proper investigation or support.

If any random person can email a complaint and your subscription gets stopped immediately, then what is the value of being a paid customer? Instead of resolving the issue professionally, their agent started suggesting that I purchase a different account. This feels like an unethical sales strategy just to force businesses into buying new subscriptions.

Poor customer support, no transparency, and no respect for existing clients. Completely unprofessional handling of business accounts.

हमने Apna App का रिक्रूटर सब्सक्रिप्शन लिया था। पहले हमसे सब्सक्रिप्शन के नाम पर पेमेंट ली गई, लेकिन उसके बाद हमारा अकाउंट होल्ड हो गया और सब्सक्रिप्शन एक्टिव नहीं हुआ।
हमें पहले कहा गया था कि अगर एक्टिवेशन नहीं होगा तो पूरा रिफंड कर दिया जाएगा, लेकिन अब रिफंड देने से मना किया जा रहा है। हमारी कॉल भी रिसीव नहीं की जा रही है।
हम पिछले कई दिनों से परेशान हो रहे हैं और हमारा काम भी डिले हो गया है। हमारे साथ फ्रॉड हुआ है।

Very unprofessional and horrible service. I opted for the basic package, and even after making the payment, they kept my KYC pending with absolutely no proper support from the team. The executives always seemed unavailable or “on lunch,” with zero sense of responsibility or customer support. Extremely disappointing experience — please avoid.

Apna Jobs is easily one of the worst services I’ve used. Their area managers push the subscription aggressively like it will solve your hiring problems, but once you pay, there are zero results.

After that, no one takes responsibility. Calls go unanswered, support gives no proper solution, and you’re just left chasing them with no response. Feels like they’re only interested in selling the plan, not delivering anything.

Completely unprofessional and a total waste of money. Would not recommend at all.

Very bad company and just for want of subscription they will hide all the necessary information and after getting the subscription they do not support . i was informed that the job posting is pan india and now i am unable to post job in my own town and they say put alternative cities . if i want candidate from my town how i will put job posting in other cities , really bad company.

complete waste of money, it's a complete fraud, avoid getting trapped with the sales team, hardly any candidates they have on their platform, i lost my money, they dont even ready to refund.

Apna is one of the worst on line platform. Do not trust these people. There is zero domain expertise. None of the staff understands the employees requirement. Iam being scammed in the name of providing employees. I would advice all not to fall in thier trap.

This company is so pathetic, they take the payment and job post doesn't go live even after week. no support from any team, sales team did the sales so they won't pickup the calls, account manager will say it is not my job to get this live, sales team should have done it. no one takes the responsibility and customer just calls here and there and no response.

they took 12k rupee from us for 24credits and they blocked our account with false alligation .

They never refunded our money nor they gave us proof of our alligations.

They do not even have a call number where we can contact them. They always tell us to email them but it is always a automated reply.

They do not even have a office in all the locations they claim to have.

It is a totaly a fraud website stay away from it !!!
