The person that I called at least 3 times asking for advice for changing the factory clutch with a Helix sport one for a Renault Megane, was very patient and knowledgeable.
As my clutch was already broken and the car sat in the garage for almost 3 weeks, they helped me to get my car fixed earlier asking Helix factory to send the clutch directly to the garage.
Overall, this people knows what they are doing and customer service is going above and beyond. Price wise also very competitive.

Occasionally things go wrong when mail ordering parts. Issue with the delivery company was reported to APMotorsports and rather than pointing fingers they just raised a new order and got the parts out on a next day priority shipping. They will then take up with with courier.

How you deal with issues when they arise either makes or breaks customer relationships and APMotorsport have excelled in customer relationship management.

I’ve wanted to retrofit the BMW CCB kit on my F10 M5 since I bought the car five years ago. Finally decided to do it. APMotorsport provided a competitive price, but the 5 star review is down to their responsiveness and helpfulness. I live in Japan. I called them in the evening (morning UK time) with a few questions about shipping — I’ve ordered parts from overseas before (not from APM) and occasionally they have arrived damaged. I wanted to minimize this risk given the cost and size of the CCB kit. It would have been a real pain to return. APM didn’t have the kit in stock and were only able to give a rough estimate of the shipping cost to Japan over the phone. They said they’d call BMW AG for an ETA and also get me an accurate shipping quote. I woke up in the morning JST and had an email from APM — they confirmed the price from BMW AG; provided an ETA (2 days from Germany to the UK) and a shipping recommendation to Japan. They advised to ship by pallet to minimize the risk of damage in transit. Of course that was going to be more expensive, but they honoured their non-pallet shipping quote provided the previous day. After I made the wire transfer, they: immediately confirmed receipt; emailed me with pictures of the actual CCB kit when they received it from BMW AG two days later; and double-checked my shipping address before arranging collection by FedEx (addresses in Japan can be somewhat unusual). All this put my mind at ease given the significant sums involved. I will definitely be buying from APM again. Finally, I’ve used a well-known BMW parts supplier based in Denmark for many years (since 2012) until recently when a set of four brand new OE BMW rims arrived damaged and the company’s response was less than helpful. Will be switching my business to APM wherever possible. Customer service matters, especially for repeat, high-value purchases. Thank you Nick and team.
