I have ordered skincare products from Apis since the summer of 2021. The experience on their website apis-sklep.pl is pleasant and it goes smoothly. Also, I appreciate that it is easy to find the product in its proper section. The prices are fair compared to other brands. Payment options are few, I chose PayPal for my convenience. There are good delivery options provided, including to-door courier. The delivery from Poland to Sweden takes normally 5 days (counting weekends). It cost about 13 EUR. A package is firm and filled with water biodegradable fillers for products safety. Products themselves are carefully stored, come without any damage and there is always a personal note and some extra samples or even a gift (once I got an extra hand cream and an APIS mug the other time). It's worth mentioning that the company carries out very productive social media, teaches about skincare, launches new products periodically and their influencers have discounts to offer regularly. I want to also mention the efficiency of the products and their effectiveness. From my experience, with Apis, I managed my acne, my dry and couperose skin, and hair falling out. My skin is smoother, moisturized, healthier, and got back the proper color. I lose less hair and got some new baby hair too. I would 100% recommend buying from Apis.
