I purchased a watch from this company and, unfortunately, the watch arrived with clear aesthetic defects, including incorrect and missing paintwork. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of quality and finishing.

I contacted customer service to report the problem. Instead of offering a straightforward replacement or refund, they initially proposed that I purchase another, more expensive watch in exchange for receiving another one as compensation. Later, they offered to replace the watch only if I paid an additional €120.

They also repeatedly mentioned the customs risks associated with returning a replica watch. However, the same customs risk existed when they originally shipped the watch to me, and the package was successfully delivered.

I simply wanted the watch I paid for to be free from aesthetic defects. I don’t think it is reasonable to ask the customer to pay additional money to correct a quality issue that was already present when the product was delivered.

Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price paid.

Saw them on Facebook, went on their website and was shocked. Watches looked beautiful and they were at a superb price. Snagged two at a 15% discount, Free Express shipping and pulled the trigger on them. They took like 6 days to get to me and just arrived this morning. Great pieces, and even greater people. Any time I had a question or concern, they helped clarify it for me. Will be back!!

It's really rare that I go out of my way to write reviews. But, man, these guys earned it. Was super happy with the experience overall. The watch was beautiful and my wife loved it for Valentine's. Ordered it and paid on the 9th, Express shipping and received it 6 days later today. Worth the wait.
