This is an amazing shop with really knowledgable staff who are really interested in what you actually need.They went the extra mile for me to find what I needed even though they didn’t actually stock it. I’m surprised by some of these reviews which have brought the overall rating down. They clearly aren’t reviewing the right business as one refers to the “ expensive courses,” and one as “ an art shop”. Business owners should be able to have reviews removed which obviously don’t relate to their company.

I’ve done a couple of orders over the last few weeks and both arrived very quickly, excellently packaged and all my products are in perfect condition! So happy to start filling my kitchen with all my new bits and bobs 😍

Money minting organization.
Charges per course are exorbitant.
Even to repeat a course they charge full rates of 400 plus.. rediculous!! In name of spirituality they are fooling peope- horrible experience of money grabbing people related to organization

I have purchased from here before because their prices are very competitive. This time I ordered a Le Creuset item for a Christmas present and the recipient decided he wanted a larger one. Stocks of the larger one were low and so I was keen to order it rather than wait for the original item to be returned and exchanged. I phoned and the Warehouse guy was super helpful, explaining the team would be working through post-christmas emails in the next few days. I then contacted Customer Services with my (rather complex) request and they (Jeanne) could not have been more helpful. She responded in a friendly and prompt manner and refunded the original item in record time. I have bought from them before and would do so again without hesitation.

Was sent wrong item. Nobody replied to my email about that. When I returned the item the postage fees were not refunded. I am very disappointed in customer service. Will never use again.

This company are excellent! I ordered a Le Creuset casserole last week and it arrived very quickly within a couple of days at the most. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size and so I called to talk to them about exchanging it.
I got through straight away, no being held in a queue or listening to irritating music etc. The person that I spoke to was pleasant and helpful.
I took it to a DPL collection drop off in my area with a prepaid label on the 20th of December. I received an email to say it was had been received by them by the 22nd. I ordered the correct item yesterday the 23rd and today the 24th Christmas Eve the new one arrived.
No hassle whatsoever. Fantastic service!

I bought a Le Creuset kettle from Art of Living just before Christmas. It failed within 6 months. I reported this to AOL on 10 June 2021 and they asked me to send a video showing the fault which I did. They told me they would raise this with Le Creuset .

After a while they came back saying Le Creuset had not responded and suggesting that I contact Le Creuset. I responded that my contract is not with Le Creuset but with AoL. If I try to deal with Le Creuset direct that could invalidate my contract with AoL.

Today AoL are saying they cannot help as the problem happened 7 months after purchase. (Which is untrue) They told me to phone Le Creuset.

My agreement is with AoL and they are not assisting me. I am beginning to doubt whether they contacted Le Creuset at all.

It is now nearly two months since the kettle failed - and AoL have failed to offer any solution other than to tell me to contact Le Creuset. That's for AoL to do, not me, as they have a contract with Le Creuset and I do not. AoL should focus on assisting their customer directly, not passing the buck.

Unbeatable on price for the item I was purchasing, which arrived around a week after ordering. Great service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Decided to purchase a special pan for my wife for Xmas and just to make sure it arrives in time I have ordered it on the 8th of December. So I was expecting my order. Only to receive an email 12 days later from aol to tell me they don't actually have that product in stock.
They were false advertising the product in stock so they can order it from France then send it to me. And this time they had a problem with the supplier and couldn't get it before Xmas. So they decided to let me know 4 days before Xmas, after 12 days of waiting time that they don't have my order.

My order was late and I was told 2 weeks after placing my order that most of it were out of stock and would not be sent.
First and last time I buy on this website.

I ordered from this company 2 days ago and received the order today (this was exceptional as the site warned of delays up to two weeks).
The product came well wrapped and was delivered by dpd so I was kept up to date with the delivery date and time too.
I’m very happy with the experience and would recommend the company.
(The only caveat I would add is that I’d have liked a lower cost delivery option for the item I purchased which was very small and I’d have been happy for this item to come via a less elite route 🙂)
