I booked a taxi to Mallorca airport in September, paid the company , they cancelled, and i will receive full refund +15 euros compensation in 5 to 9 working days , No money. fake company and looks like the site is closed.

Ho prenotato una corsa per l'aeroporto pagando la tariffa richiesta, Il giorno dopo mi comunicano che l'autista ha annullato la disponibilità e che il servizio non poteva più essere fornito; scusandosi hanno assicurato che avrebbero rimborsato l'importo più un extra di 15 euro per il disservizio. Naturalmente non ho ricevuto nulla! Oggi ho provato a visitare il loro sito che risulta "attualmente non disponibile"!

Total Scam. If you book with them you will get a cancellation notice together with an offer of a refund. They will not pay you the refund and they will not reply to your emails. There was never going to be a taxi !!! This is not a company, just a rip off. it should be NO star.

I pre booked a taxi on 29/09/2026 & paid for the service. On 01/10/2026 I received an email stating the taxi was cancelled, please see below:

The transfer you booked will not take place. The driver assigned to you cancelled the ride. We know: this is not a small mishap. You had a time, perhaps a flight, someone waiting for you. You were counting on us, and we will not be there for that appointment.

As soon as we were informed, we looked for a replacement. It was not a token attempt: we tried to reorganise the ride in time. We did not succeed, and we take responsibility for that. It is not your fault, and you should not have found yourself in this situation.

The full refund has already been arranged on the original payment method. We are adding €35 for the inconvenience — not to close the matter, but because the time you lost has a value. You do not need to do anything. The amount will appear on your statement within 5–9 working days, depending on the bank.

I have contacted the company to ask when I will receive the refund but had no response.

Arranged a transfer from our hotel in Rome to the cruise port. We were supposed to receive driver & vehicle details 48hrs before. Nobody ever contacted us and when I went into the 'booking confirmation' the site was unavailable. I have had no reply to my email. This is a scam to get money out of unsuspecting travellers. We have had to pay even more money to get a last minute taxi.

Booked a taxi from Salou to Barcelona Airport 21st September. They cancelled it the following morning saying we would be refunded and get 35 euros compensation. We weren't even refunded. SCAMMERS.I need to wait until 22nd October to claim back through my bank. I noticed they have removed their website. If you're on holiday book a taxi through your hotel.

This company is a scam. Paid, they cancelled, no refund. Money gone. No response to emails

Very bad company, 24 hours before my flight they cancel my Taxy from Bristol to the airport. For compensation they told me,that they will be transfer me the paid amound plus 15 Euro more. They did not transfer any money back and they did not answer my email. Dont book a service with this company.

Wish I had read these reviews before booking! Never received my refund or the promised refund after our taxi to lanzarote airport never turned up.

An absolute sham of a company.
Booking cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival and promised a full refund with a €15 compensation that never happened.
Zero response from their customer service department but managed to get a refund via my credit card company.

I booked a taxi with this company on 17th September to Naples airport. Like others I received an email advising that the driver cancelled the ride and I'll receive an additional 15 Euros. I still have not received my fare refund even after multiple email chasers. AVOID THIS SCAM company.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Cancelled transfer, €91 refund promised but never received

I booked and paid €56 for a transfer through AnyTaxiTransfer. The company cancelled my booking because the assigned driver cancelled the ride.

On 25 September 2026, I received an official email confirming a full refund of €56 plus €35 compensation, totalling €91. They stated that the money would arrive within 5–9 business days.

Today, 13 October 2026, I have still not received any money, and my email requesting an explanation has gone unanswered.

The transfer was cancelled, the promised refund has not arrived, and customer service is not responding. This is completely unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I would strongly advise other travellers to read recent reviews carefully before booking with this company.

I expect AnyTaxiTransfer to fulfil its written commitment and refund the €91 immediately.

Prenoti una corsa,te la annullano dopo poco intanto prendono i tuoi soldi.Ti scrivono una mail di scuse e ti comunicano che riceverai il rimborso maggiorato per il disservizio.L'unica certezza è proprio questa,il disservizio.Non si degnano neanche di rispondere e intanto il rimborso non lo hanno fatto.Non affidatevi a questa azienda!!!

Pozor!!! Sú to podvodníci! Objednala a zaplatila som cestu z letiska Airport Alghero do centra mesta, deň pred odletom mi napísali,že vodič taxíka zrušil cestu a že peniaze mi aj s odškodným vrátia do 5-9 pracovných dní na účet, samozrejme sú odvtedy 3 týždne a na môj mail nereagujú, žiaľ nepozrela som si tieto recenzie,lebo na svojej stránke majú pár dobrých,asi vymyslených recenzií, ešte raz, neobjednávajte u AnyTaxiTransfer a zlú recenziu dajte aj na Tripadvisor, kam sa len dá, hanbite sa! Booked 3 tranfers to the total of €147 took money cancelled a few mins later. Promises a refund along with compensation. Nothing has been refunded and they dont answer emails

SCAM!!! Do not use! I booked a taxi from Menorca airport to our hotel and back again but the day before our holiday they cancelled the booking saying they would refund the money within 5-9 working days. I have never received my refund despite numerous messages and emails to the company.
