Does exactly what it says. I didn’t expect much from it, but I’m very impressed

It was easy to order the product online, and it was delivered well packaged and in good condition. It seems well made, but it is smaller than I expected, but it can be securely attached to the surface whilst in use meaning only the hand holding the knife is near it which avoids the risk of injury. I have used it a few times and it seems to put a good edge on my knives.

The knife sharpener really works. It's made my good knives really sharp in a few strokes.

Great item easy to use

I was only looking on your website and clicked on to see what postage would be. It took my order immediately. I contacted them straight away with three emails cancelling the order stating the problem. All i got back was a very ignorant email stating that the warehouse had despatched the item and they couldn't cancel the order. To add insult to injury they even said it was my fault not theirs for the order and should be more careful in the future. I asked for a free return envelope so i wouldn't lose money in returning the item by post. They just said it's not our problem and i have to pay to return it. If this is their ignorant way they treat their customers i don't know what their after sales service would be like. Use this company at your own risk. I would never use them again.

Thus thing sharpened my heavy blade japanese knife that.no other sharpener has done, all the other knives in our kitchen are now like lazer cut razor blades, love it!!!! Quick postage as well!

I found the instructions not very clear. I can't seem to find instructions on sharpening a serrated knife, not sure if I should sharpen in the normal way when sharpening a flat bladed knife?
